I will never shop here again. I brought a frame yesterday and not even 24hrs the frame broke. Try to explain what happen and all they wanna do is give me a new frame smh. Why would I buy a new frame when they're cheap af! Asked for my money back and they gonna say no. All I can do is get a new one. They a bunch of rip offs cuz he was selling it like If it was the best frame ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I suggested this store for somebody I knew who lost everything. They needed a mattress and I knew that this store sold cheap mattresses. The person purchased the mattress but had to find someone who could assist them in picking it up. It was asked several times to the OWNER if it was ok to pick it up the following week, he replied that it would be ok. He also assured that he would not sell the mattress and he would put it aside to ensure that they would have it when they came to retrieve it. They found a great friend who could pick up the mattress and when they went to Samantha Furniture, they was told by the OWNER that THEIR mattress was sold and they would have to wait. I am so disappointed and disgusted that a business owner would sell an item that should never been sold. He did not offer to deliver the item or offer another mattress. The inconvenience of trying to find someone to drive there again and help them is utterly ridiculous. Be forewarned, this place is not concerned about customer service or customer loyalty.

I would not recommend any one to this store I bought some coffee tables and end tables in April and I still haven't received my coffee table as of yet it's September 2nd and nothing yet Everytime I call they don't answer my calls or when I go they always say the table is coming that the wharehouse in in back order come on it's been 5 mths I think this store is a cover up of some sort . People be aware when buying anything from this store this has been the worst place ever and he won't give me my money back either.
