Horrendous customer service. I sent a lamp shade for repair in August 2021. It's Feb 2 and it's not even STARTED yet. Im told the workshop they sent it to out of state has had many delays and people out sick. For god sakes it's been 7 months. I NEVER get a call back or a call to update me. I just call and call. Im SO frustrated. This has nothing to do with supply chain issues.

Have a lamp that was converted from kerosene to electricity in the 1940s. On/off switch finally wore out. Restoration Lighting Gallery replaced the old switch with a new one. Very,very pleased.

Ruth and the restoration team went above and beyond to help us find a light and then custom paint it! They handled it all from the painting, sample paint pics, to the shipping- not to mention the 20 emails/calls in between. Though the project was small, it was big to us! Searched for candle/socket covers for my chandelier and came up with either the wrong size or too many in a package or wrong color. Finally, I found Restoration Lighting Gallery. After a conversation with Jason from RLG, my search was over. A few days later, my covers arrived in the mail. Jason could not have been nicer nor more helpful. And I cannot be happier. Aladdin's cave of vintage to classic Asian lighting fixtures of excellent quality. Shades, finials, bulbs, harps, cords and a wonderful array of gifts that compliment any decor make this a destination. Excellent repair service, knowledgeable and incredibly creative and patient staff make walking in with a damaged or appearance- challenged but loved lighting fixture a satisfying trip. Restoration has a tremendous range of hanging, floor and table lighting fixtures of high quality and reasonable prices. It's the first place to go for a repair, upgrade or purchase of anything that lights up!

This was my 1st visit to RLG. I was attempting to find a lamp shade for a recently repaired lamp. My attempts at other stores had been enormously frustrating and woefully unproductive. Sales consultant Robin Herrera was an absolute lifesaver! She greeted me warmly, inquired how she could be of help and when presented with my shadeless lamp immediately found a shade that was perfect and in my expressed price range.

They were very helpful. Great selection. Very knowledgeable. They were able top create a custom chandelier from 2 lights I purchased from them. I selected a unique, vintage piece of wood fot the ceiling canopy that they fitted the lights to.
