It takes longer to get checked out than the whole shopping. On average, 15 to 30 minutes. They open new registers and don't care if people walk up who haven't even waited in line at one of the other registers. It's one mess of a place but the check out experience is worse than marshalls around Christmas time.

I usually go in restaurant Depot Hartford two times a week there are the most rude staff and management I ever seen my life I wait an hour in line to pay my stuff. They don’t open register All customers was mad waiting for an hour employees was talking and laughing and chilling in front of us. So I have to leave all my stuff there and walk out and go to Waterberry I wish I have chance to give them zero Star

Worst place ever by far they claim to be strictly appointment my appointment time was for 8:30 a.m. I was here at 7:00 a.m. it is now 10:00 a.m. when I went inside to ask how much longer until I get into a door so I can let the broker know the idiot guy inside said I added myself another hour of wait time just by asking I pray to God he's not the one in charge here cuz if he is restaurant Depot you really need to fix this issue and get people who actually don't mind working and that is a people person. When I walked in the guys just staring at me dumbfounded with a stupid look on his face wondering why I'm in there asking him this question. And he replied with an attitude... He's lucky I didn't punch him in his face.. although a good punch in the face would probably fix his stupid look hes giving people... DO NOT COME HERE... BOYCOT!!! BOYCOT!! BOYCOT!!

Jilda is probably the worst "customer service rep" I have ever had to deal with, shes always grumpy and rude to people, definitely shouldn't be upfront.

The sign on the building says open Friday night till 6 PM. Here I am at 5:05 PM in the parking lot and it is closed. The website says it’s open till 6 PM. Maybe they should update their hours?

Good place to buy everything you need, but today the colleague who was checking the receipts treated my family very badly. The word fack you came out from her mouth as if speaking Spanish doesn't understand what it means. It's rude, incompetent, lack of respect, I can't understand how they have people working like that with people like her, they lose the desire to return. To be more precise, in case they are or are going to take action, this happened at closing time.
