Working out with the morning crew is awesome Racquel targets every muscle in your body. She is energetic and pushes you beyond what you think your capable of. She is supportive and so are the peers in class. When you show up it’s like a morning party. Definitely not easy but well worth it.

I signed up for 1 month only because I wanted to try and see if I like it or not. 9 months later here I am writing with honesty that I truly love, enjoy working out at RAF, the instructors are just amazing but more AMAZING is the feeling after each class, shredded, boot camp, the perfect 10 and RAF strong are some of the classes that I enjoy doing it. I would recommend RAF to anyone who is looking to workout in a judge free zone, you might find yourself confuse because ALL the people that workout are super nice, supportive and friendly. You might wonder if they are real, and YES they are!

I had a great workout Sunday morning at RAF. The class along with the instructor (Raquel) was very high energy, extremely supportive and encouraging as well as fun and challenging. The training circuit we did pretty much targeted the whole body so by the end Of the session I felt like I had died and came back to life all over again.

RAF classes are fun, high intensity, and energetic. The trainers push you to do your best always and foster a friendly non competitive atmosphere. Racquel's outdoor bootcamp classes are an absolute must!!

Racquel is AMAZING! Even though I am always in the back of the class and don't really say anything. She knows my name and comments on the progress I have made with my weight and fitness level. I owe my over 20lb (and counting!) weight loss to her. I never thought I would go to Bootcamp or exercise classes faithfully for over 6 months, yet here I am. Try it! You will not be disappointed.

I have been part of RAF for about 7 months now and I'm addicted. The energy and support I received from everyone since day 1 is unconditional. Lots of times you join a gym and is so boaring then one stop going because of the same routine. When I join RAF thanks to my wife Pamela I felt like it was family and part of a community that only goal is for everyone to feel better about themselves. Before coming to RAF, I hadn't worked out for many years. Through encouragement and support from others I was able to start this journey and have to tell you that this has been one of the best goals that I have accomplished so far. Exercising was never my thing. Attending classes at RAF has given me strength, hope, and most important has taught me the key points in living a healthier lifestyle. The instructors are all great and most importantly motivate each and one of us to work beyond our potential. Honestly speaking I never thought that I was able to do some of these classes but through encouragement and empowerment from instructors and peers I have not given up. The combination of classes and schedule are great. No matter your size, weight, height, and level of fitness, everyone is welcome to the RAF.

I tried Racquel's for the first time as part of a Yelp fitness event for the Saturday boot camp class. Sign up and payment are super easy online through their website. I enjoyed the class very much and decided to try a one month membership. I've seen attended the Saturday Boot Camp, Monday Shredded, and Wednesday Butts and Gutts. They offer a few classes each day (early morning class on weekdays, two evening classes, and a few morning weekend classes). They have a large loft space that can fit a ton of people (no worries about not getting into a class because it's full). There's a variety of different people--ages, genders, fitness levels and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Easy parking in the large lot across the street. They have a variety of membership offerings and group ons right now if you want to give a try. Come spring and summer, they offer workout classes in the park which is pretty cool. Would recommend for anyone looking to try a new fitness regimen!

I attended several drop in classes with my sister ( who has been a member for years now). The group classes are definitely a great work out !!! The instructors are energetic and very knowledgeable. During class the instructors make a point to get around the room and help anyone who needs it. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. I definitely recommend Racquel's Addiction Fitness !!!
