I like Pet Supplies Plus. I don't like some of the employees in the West Hartford store. It's too bad because the location is great.

The store is well stocked with lots of varieties of anything you might need for any animal. I have never found that they did not have something that I was looking for. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The most important thing is to get on their email list and you will get specific coupons and general % off on anything you want to buy. I have saved a LOT of money this way.

I haven't been to a pet store in forever. I stopped into this one and they have everything there. The girl that help me was really knowledgeable.

I love this store, and it is local for me! They have a great selection of everything from poop bags to shampoo to fresh foods. They carry things for small animals and fish. There is at least 1 associate that is very knowledgeable on each shift! The only issue is that a couple of brands do not have a full selection. I would call first if it your first time going. BUT they do have a lot of brands!!!! They have a large selection of treats and toys, leashes, and collars/ including training ones. Enjoy the store- check it out, you will not be disappointed. ( the smaller size helps make the experience more personable)

Every visit, the staff is welcoming and very helpful. Curbside pickup is quick and easy. Checkout is fast and any questions are answered quickly. Good selection and stock. Thank you for your consistent friendly service.

I have been shopping here for my dog food and supplies since I moved to West Hartford in 2016. Great store, good selection of quality food and treats, very pet friendly, have treats for the dogs, super helpful and friendly staff. Always willing to take returns if you buy the wrong thing or it doesn't fit, etc. highly recommend!
