We were extremely happy with pistritto marble. We worked with Sabrina from start to finish. They had a hard to find stone that we wanted and were incredible to work with.Sabrina kept us updated on everything in such a timely fashion and was always accessible. The install team was phenomenal! They were professional, thorough, clean and amazing at their craft. We would highly recommend them!

These guys are a pleasure to do business with!!!! Right from the first visit there, Sabrina was awesome. She was very patient and no pressure while we were trying to decide. Although we were looking for a fairly small countertop, sink and faucet, they treated us like it was the biggest job they ever had. Highly recommend!!

Many thanks to the amazing crew at Pistritto Marble! From my first meeting with Sabrina, to follow up with Mariella, our service was first class. Design assistance and making sure our countertops were precisely what we wanted, they remained engaged and hands-on. Installation was professional and perfect! We now have a fabulous kitchen and 3 bathrooms with beautiful granite that we will cherish. We are thrilled with the outcome, and are grateful to the true Pistritto craftsmen (and women!) who provided such a 5 star experience!

The price was right, they gave us good advice, had unique products to choose from, did excellent work, and were so pleasant to have working in our home. A+ all around. Worth every penny. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Sabrina, Lou and Mariella were so great to deal with. Patient, lots of good advice, and professional. Finished countertops are absolutely beautiful. A few dollars more but personal service, timely turnaround, responsive and flexible. well I was coming from Portland Maine to Hartford to help my parents do a few things in their condo, One item was to swap out a undermount sink on their granite countertops. The original company I hired to do the work respectfully bowed out due their work load. When I emailed Pistritto I was put in touch with Sabrina. Although our job was very small, Sabrina seemingly put us to the front of the line because of the difficult situation I was in. 2 days layer, Brandon came to the condo, even though there were a few small issues to overcome, the installation was perfect. Thank you to everyone at Pistritto marble imports, You are truly top notch!!

Started off with great service when picking out and ordering the quartz countertop I purchased. Sabrina & Mariella were very attentive. But after a year we ended up with a crack in our countertop. At first they were attentive but then tried to blame us. Their installer came out to check & the first thing he did was place a "shim" between the countertop & cabinet under where the crack was. They then contacted the manufacturer who said it was not a a manufacturer defect but, because of the space between the counter & cabinet that it was an installation error. We have gone back & forth with Pistrittos for almost a year to which they would say they would call back but never did, email follow ups were far & few in between. We had another installer from another company come out & he verified too much space was there & that is why Pistrittos installer immediately had put a shim in. He knew it wasn't right. Pistrittos has not taken responsibility & has not called us back. Seems this company is great until they take your money & will NOT make good when something is their error. Would NOT recommend this company.
