“Dependable. Friendly. Helpful. Call me to arrange my home delivery (I am disabled and have no way of picking up my specialized meds, and let me know when to expect delivery since meds must be kept refrigerated and are packed that way. They carefully and patiently explain directions, and encourage me to call if I have questions.They explain details that the doctors may not have time or thoght about doing. The kind, polite and professional staff give me confidence in being able to manage my meds, and they are an important part of my support system. I am grateful.”

“I stopped by about 2 weeks ago with a prescription for a maternity support belt. The young lady by the name of Shameka was extremely nice and very helpful. I went in handed her my prescription, she came from around the counter to measure my waist, and in less than 5 minutes I had my maternity support belt in hand and on my way out. I spent less than 15 minutes there and was extremely happy with Shameka's customer service skills and her quick turn around time.”
“Walgreen's used most of the former Rite-Aid stores Walgreen's on Albany Avenue is using Rite-Aids old hours the pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm and the store is open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm.”
“pharmacy in particular is awesome! so kind and helpful, doing their best despite the insurance companies making it difficult! they have always gone above and beyond for me so i just had to come give them some love... as for the rest of the store... it's walmart people, what do you expect? of course it's busy, of course lines are long... but stuff is cheap and comes in large quantities! great for a family... just maybe go during the week when it's less busy...”

“Today was my first time at this CVS store, and I was genuinely impressed by the service I received.
The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful “good morning.” I asked about passport photos, and when she saw I had three small children, she kindly said, “For kids? No problem, I’ll do it for you — just hold them.”
The store’s camera wasn’t working, but she went above and beyond — using her own phone to take the photos of my three daughters. She even went out of her way to find stickers for my toddler.
She was respectful, proactive, and incredibly kind. I’m so thankful for the attention and care we received today.
I truly hope CVS encourages more employees to follow her example. We need more people like her — human, helpful, and capable of serving all kinds of customers with dignity.”

“The Asian pharmacist sing she is the best healthcare personnel I’ve dealt with. My doctors don’t even care but she took the time when it was super busy in the store to explain my medications and how my doctor needs to adjust it because I’ve been having low blood sugars and I’m taking a med that can put me at risk. She then wrote me a diet I should follow along with my meds to control my medications when I told her my Bp was 170/94 even my doctor didn’t do anything about it but she seemed to really care and love what she does. I was really frustrated and she listened and really understand us as patients. Then she know I was a diabetic she also explain the importance of getting my flu shot and Covid which was painless. She really should deserve a raise.”
