Concierge is rude and unwelcoming. I went in about 2 years ago and was placed on a wait list. I went back in today and was told that I should’ve reached out to find out where I was on the waitlist. Let’s get a few things straight: management doesn’t answer the phone nor do they reply to emails. They also do not return phone calls. The lady in the leasing office is very rude and unwelcoming and walked away from me in the middle of our conversation handing me a sheet to fill out again. My brother lived her and the apartment was very nice which is why I wanted to move here. They seem to move men in quicker than women…. I wonder why that is. Super weird. Not worth dealing with the attitude over.

Great apartment, awesome services and great amenities with the price range. Lived here for 2 years, had to leave bcoz of job, otherwise you won’t get any apartment with this price range and facility throughout USA.

Don’t even bother wasting your time. It’s all good until you have an issue to address…

I lived in Park Place Towers for over 6 years and I can say that it was one of the best experiences I ever had. The staff and administration are incredibly attentive, supportive, and always quick to help with anything you need. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a positive experience living there. One of the things I loved most about living there was the view. The apartments on the floors above the 22nd floor have stunning views of Hartford's downtown skyline. I would often wake up in the morning and just sit in my living room and take in the view. It was truly breathtaking. In addition to the amazing view, Tower B also has a number of other great amenities, including a fitness center and a pool. There is also a reception on-site who can help you with anything you need. If you are looking for a nicely managed apartment in a great location, I highly recommend Park Place Towers. You won't be disappointed.

Our time at park place towers has been terrible. All they try to do is steal money from you. When I went to use the gym, the equipment was broken and 100 years old. The elevators are broken every week. Tried to play basketball the other day and the hoop is broken. Something in Your apartment breaks (garbage disposal) that you have no control over and you have to pay 100 dollars? It smells in here. They try to steal every Penney they can from you. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Everything about this place stinks. It’s in a terrible spot of Hartford. Nothing good about this place. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was a resident who moved out recently. The management is quite unpleasant, and they won't replace the damage caused by the prior tenants after they vacate the property and they recoup the same losses from you. They gave me a very filthy apartment, which I had to clean and use while I was moving. Despite the fact that I returned the apartment to them immaculately clean, they still charged me a cleaning fee. Some of the front desk staff members refuse to let any food delivery personnel in and occasionally leave the food on the sidewalk. I had complained about them, but management seemed uninterested. You might be drawn in by the view from the apartment windows, but trust me, it's not worth it. Several friends from the same apartments are experiencing the similar things.

The (older) lady that works in the leasing office NEVER returns phone calls and rarely answers the phone. My roommate and myself applied for the 2br 2ba. We submitted our applications in person and paid the application fee. Before applying we made sure we met all of the requirements. (I.E 600 plus credit score, income of 3x the rent each month, no prior evictions, and good references) We are both have great jobs and we don't party. About a week after we submitted our applications, I called to check on the status of our application. Once I was finally able to get through she said the manager wasn't in. She said this on two different occasions. I took it into consideration that people do get sick and have to miss work so I was patient. This was until a month later when I STILL hadn't heard anything. I called and left numerus messages. Apartment hunting is exhausting, but having a property take your money and not provide a response is just unprofessional. If your looking for an apartment in the Hartford area, this price and location may be appealing but RUN!!!!!Just trying to save someone else time and money! Have a blessed day.

The leasing person (old lady) sounded very rude and unprofessional when inquired about 1 bedroom/1bath availability. She sounded like she was least interest to talk to me. I understand that the apartments were not available at this time, but you can politely tell someone to keep looking or stay in touch kind off conversation. She was very impulsive in stating that I won't get anything for the price that I am looking for.

Terrible service from top to bottom. It takes weeks to get a response from the leasing department and then information given is incorrect. Lots of time wasted dealing with the property management company.

Have been a tenant here for about 3, going on 4 years. We moved from a 2-bedroom apt to a penthouse. Our first 2-3 years living here were great/little to no complaints — but this year was not the best. We will not be renewing our lease this year as we’re looking for a larger place in a safer neighborhood.Pros:-Very affordable; this is probably the biggest appeal to most people.-Covered parking in a garage — safe & great when it’s snowing.-Close to the hospitals where I work at as a resident (and many other residents live here).-We love Donovan and Erwin (concierge staff from Tower A) and the regular mailman who comes daily.-Carol Loshon is the leasing agent & is a treasure. She’s always very responsive to our emails & helps us with a lot of things non-leasing related.-Vincent is the best maintenance person— hands down.-The gym is right on the first floor and very accessible, which has a squat rack, dumbbells, few treadmills & ellipticals.-Close to Parkville Market, which is a nice place to go during warmer seasons.-Key Foods Market (grocery) is also right next door if you need something quick.- they do allow pets for a fee-There are tennis courts & a volleyball court which is nice.Cons:-Bad neighborhood. The concierge don’t recommend that you go out when the sun is down. My dad’s front license plates got stolen in the visitor parking lot (where they do have cameras, but no one’s really looking at the cameras). If visiting & staying overnight, would recommend that you purchase a visitor pass & park in the garage.-We’ve had many plumbing issues with our sink in the penthouse & maintenance takes their time to fix it. We’ve also had some water damage on the walls of our second bedroom that took about a week to get fixed.-There are 3 elevators per tower but 1 is almost always broken or being repaired.-Many tenants do smoke (tobacco & marijuana) in and around the apartments.-There are usually temperature issues, eg. AC doesn’t work in the summer & heating doesn’t work in the winter. Or sometimes it takes a long time for the heating to be turned on. Many complaints this year, may be pandemic related due to short staffing or management issues.-The park and pool are not the greatest. The park is small, the water dirty & unpleasant to look at, and the path is usually filled with duck p*** during the summer (never cleaned).-Shared community laundry floor (4th floor on each tower) where you need to put money in a laundry card, which you use to pay for laundry. We’ve gotten used to it but sometimes the machine to refill the money card is broken in our tower so we have to trek all the way to the other tower to refill it.

I have had the worst experience ever with this buildings leasing office. Online their site says they have several units available and I was interested, I reached out via email and phone, have yet to get an email back and it’s been a month. I finally got a call back after a MONTH!!!!! And guess what? “No units available” like this is a joke. 2 buildings with 20 floors and no units available? I find it very hard to believe and why did it take you a MONTH to let me know that?!?!? You can during business hours and they don’t even attempt to answer calls, straight answering machine. I did my due diligence by calling and visiting during business hours and guess when leasing calls me back?!?! SATURDAY MORNING AT 8am. This place is a joke. I dont even want to live here anymore because of this experience and I hate leaving bad reviews but unprofessional is unprofessional. And they call this place luxury what a joke lol
