Just like any organization with white people at the head of the table they utilize black bodies for photo ops for fundraising reasons and when a black body is in real need they don't have the know-how to know how they should really focus on the people that they hire and I don't think that old people need to be mentoring these young people my son said it best he said that all of the male mentors in his life are more interested in his mother then helping him and that has made me angry and all I can think of is how this organization had my son plastered all over the news all over the radio stations all over the newspapers and it's been a year and a half and still no Mentor for him because I spoke up on inconsistencies at what point in this raggedy Society are people going to actually do what they say they are going to do and not just take a photo for Facebook or for donors in this case my son needs help he needs a solid Mentor who's about it and I don't believe that nutmeg Big Brothers is about it I think that they do a great job at putting in a filler a sitter but they don't do a good job at mentoring and coaching and being consistent not at all and I have two children who had mentors

Great program and offers a lot to the kids in CT. CEO not good with people. Comes across phony and money hungry.
