IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:In the context of customer service and business ethics, the situation encountered at Mercedes-Benz of North Haven appears quite unreasonable, especially considering the nature of the day – Veterans Day, a time when acts of gratitude and kindness are expected to be more pronounced. Charging $40 for the installation of windshield wipers, a task that is typically quick and straightforward, especially for professional technicians of a luxury car brand, seems excessive. This fee, when added to the already high price of $88 for the wipers themselves, not only strains the customer’s wallet but also could be perceived as taking undue advantage of the situation, given that the customer is already committed to the purchase.Contrastingly, the experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hartford on the same day casts a starkly different light on customer service and appreciation. By assisting me with the wiper purchase, they not only demonstrated commendable customer service but also embodied the spirit of Veterans Day – a gesture of goodwill and respect. This act not only enhances the customer's perception of the brand but also sets a standard of service that customers will remember and appreciate. It underscores the importance of thoughtful customer service, particularly on a day dedicated to honoring those who have served, and shows how small gestures can significantly impact customer loyalty and brand reputation.

I purchased a S550 many years ago. My experience with this branch has been nothing short of exceptional—until. It appears customer service has declined significantly! I scheduled service two weeks ago and promised a loaner. Upon my arrival, there was no loaner—no prior phone call to inform me of the change! Also, the employee said, "Most of my customers are usually happier!" What? I am sure the "other" customers received better service. Finally, I returned home—I missed work and a mandatory executive meeting! Historically, I passed many cities just to be serviced by "this" branch. I will remain local moving forward! Where is John? John provided exemplary customer service . . things are definitely different now!

As a longtime Mercedes customer, it pains me to write this review, but I believe it's essential to share my honest experiences. Initially, our sales interactions were nothing short of exceptional. The dealership made purchasing our Mercedes vehicles a truly positive experience.However, it's our ongoing encounters with the service department that have consistently disappointed us over the years. Each time we've brought our vehicles in for service, I couldn't help but feel dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. This has left me contemplating whether our next car purchases should steer clear of the Mercedes brand altogether.It's entirely possible that our unfortunate experiences are tied to this specific dealership rather than a reflection of Mercedes as a whole. Nevertheless, the service issues have been consistent and significant enough to make me reluctant to recommend this particular dealership to anyone considering a Mercedes purchase.To provide some context, we initially purchased two vehicles simultaneously, and now we're in the market for new ones. Regrettably, we've made the decision to explore other options and purchase our future vehicles elsewhere.

Let me tell you what a great experience I had,. My first Mercedes and I was nervous but Ryan made me feel so welcomed, and made me feel like I was family. I did not feel pressured at all, he answered all my questions and gave me a peace of mind that we were making the right decision for our family. Let’s not forget about Nelson, he was also amazing and helped me with my insurance nightmare. We are so happy with the customer service and our new car. Thank you Mercedes family

I worked with Chris Rueli when buying a used GMC from New Country Mercedes Benz. Chris was timely in his communications and was available in person when I needed it. I was happy that they worked with me to put the new car on deposit for a week while I sold my old car. When it came time to pick up the new car, Chris had everything ready to go and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.I would happily shop with Chris Rueli and New Country Mercedes again.

The treatment at dealer ship was great. Very quick and hassle free. Competitive price. My only gripe is the car I purchased was advertised as not having been in a collision where as I found at the time of purchase that the CarFax showed “minor” damage and repair.

Absolutely one of the best car experiences I have ever had. Bernard Medolli was an absolute pleasure to work with. Was purchasing a car for my wife, so it was very hard to find something that I felt good about buying. Very transparent, super efficient, and everyone had a smile on their face. Abedul (salesperson) was great to deal with and very responsive.The only issue I have with my buying experience here is the fact they were reluctant to do remote sign and delivery of the vehicle. Coming from a distance, it would have been much easier if I didn't have to physically get to the dealership to finalize the transaction.Overall it was a pleasurable transaction with very little pressure in making the deal. I would recommend this dealer to others!
