Absolutely amazing service!! Every person I interacted with was extremely accommodating and helpful in every way! I’ve never had such a fun and exciting experience dealing with car service. I am so happy to have my car back but even more happy that it was well taken care of and is driving like a dream still! Thank you to each and every one of you who helped me in the service department. Shout out to Jose, Anthony, Omar, and always John Cone! You guys are the GOAT!

It is always a pleasure buying from New Country and from Karim. I thought the Tesla buying experience was evolutionary 2 years ago and the way the auto industry needed to go. I soon realized it really was just transactional and followed with a horrible service model by Tesla. Sure, some dealerships you'd be better served if it was transactional, but at New Country with Karim, Chris and Marco they want your business and they work to earn it. They don't hide behind computers, they want to meet you at the door, shake your hand and welcome you, and create an exceptional buying experience. Karim and the New Country Team have restored my belief that buying a car can still be something you look forward to! The decision-making process, the paperwork, and of course the delivery was all the best! It was nice to take delivery and have the Genius, Conner, walk me through the car's technology, the car was clean and spotless, and another handshake as I drove off. Much different than 2 years ago at Tesla, which at the time I thought was great. Hindsight it was the start of a horrible car ownership until I got back to New Country. I highly recommend New Country for New or Used and I strongly recommend Karim, Chris, and Marco.

Staff very nice, got alignment and two tires...was there 3.5 hours? Did not make sense to me. Was sent follow up text next day, which I appreciated. Called number in the text and right to automated message. As of this writing have still not heard from anyone at dealership. Hopefully will get explanation soon...

Normally the service is great, but my last visit not so much. First issue the technician left 7 different tools inside my car when I went to pick it up. Second is was I had 2 front tires installed and the lube was left all over the tire/rim. Third my car was not wash , it looks like the drive through mud. After paying $1500 for service I expect more.

My husband and I just purchased a BMW X5 from New Country and we were blessed to work with Karim, Marco and Connor. They really made us feel very comfortable and excited with the whole process. Karim was honest and very professional from the moment we walked in. Marco is a the magic man when it comes to financing. Last but not least, Connor is the “guru” who had the patience to go over all the technology behind our pulg-in hybrid X5 more than once, where necessary.We would like to thank New Country BMW for their excellent model of doing business.

Brought my car in for service today. It’s a special BMW and not the normal run of the mill car. Chris I’m service was awesome. And not only found an issue from the delivering dealer but when I arrived to pick up my car, instead of having it out with all the others, they had it tucked inside where nothing could happen. A+ for sure.

The total service experience was quite good. Vehicle drop off, shuttle ride to and fro from work was efficient and courteous. Service representative explanation of necessary maintenance and recommendations were perfect. Vehicle was returned after courtesy car wash and was very clean.

Karim from sales was awesome from start to finish. He didn't rush us and explained all the options available and was never pushy, which is a huge plus. I was deciding between five different makes of cars and ended up getting an X3 in large part because of the first dealing with him. Mason was also fantastic. He explained all of the bells and whistles on the day of pick up. Would highly recommend!

Called to ask about labor rates ($249.99), girl who answered in the SERVICE department didn't know and transferred me to a voicemail. Same girl 2 days later didn't know what the loaner program was when I had questions.Paid $532 for 2 hours of labor, which was calculated by a 30 minute smoke test to find a vacuum leak and 2 minutes reading codes and telling me my transfer case is bad. I told them when I arrived the TC was bad and I had a noise from back there and was just curious if it was related. I also left a very in depth service history, printed out in the car for the mechanic, including the codes saying the transfer case was shot and specifically mentioning that. But I still get charged 1 full hour of labor for them to tell me the same codes I previously mentioned verbally to the service advisor and on print to the mechanic.They found a vacuum leak in the dipstick tube, the mechanic specifically mentioned on video that the seals (o-ring) has failed on the dipstick tube, creating a vacuum leak. The o-ring is $0.89, but the service advisor recommended replacing the dipstick tube for a little over $1,000. Thanks for your recommendation but I think I'll just replace the o-ring myself. They charged me 120 minutes of labor and used roughly 35 minutes, installing the 89 cent o-ring in 10 minutes of that labor I paid for would have been nice.They did not provide the complimentary car wash that I accepted when offered.The video the mechanic provides is awesome, but hard to justify the $249.99 per hour labor and predatory tactics by the service advisor.The loaner was a nice 2023 x3 with 2400 miles on it and no complaints there.

I brought my X7 in for a lower tailgate spindle drive replacement due to it not closing properly and had the pleasure to work with Kurt in the service department. Kurt was amazing. He communicated with me throughout and made sure I understood everything. Car came back perfect and nicely washed. Definitely 10/10.

First time customer with New Country and I will most definitely be returning. We scheduled a recall service appointment and they took care of me. The loaner was a top tier model and there was no hassle or funny business throughout the whole process. I even kept the car an extra day due to time constraints and there was no issue. With that being said we will be doing future business.

This place is the definition of sleazy car dealer. They're cocky for one and their service department is starting to come up with creative ways to rip you off. Anthony in the service department, that little prick, tried to charge 900 dollars for 35k mile service with a 300 dollar test drive inspection. When we flipped out and questioned him he actually sat there and gave us attitude and said he wouldn't explain why they wanted 300 dollars until we spoke to him like an adult. I was a dick but rightfully so. Buyer beware!
