Truly a BMW white glove experience. My sales rep was George. Kind, straight forward, and great to work with. Been to 4 other BMW dealers before, and non have come close to treating me as amazingly as New Country BMW has. I plan to buy my next BMW there again.

This BMW dealership I have to say the service department was amazing! My service advisor Kurt, took great care of everything from start to finish. He was very clear in the information of what was needed and why even provided a video of the issues from the mechanics as proof this was the problem prior to doing the work. Highly recommend.

I went to BMW New Country to make a repair on my BMW M8 Competition wheel, which is quite specific. Every step in the process was easy to achieve from an appointment through all service steps and picking a car from the service. A loaner has been provided for my convenience, everything was great. Thank you for your service and professionalism!
And, this time I asked a service team to take care of a tire alignment, they did it in a very professional way!

Scheduled appointment for brake inspection and to diagnose a clicking noise in the cabin fan and dropped car off Friday at 8 AM. Didn't hear back until just before closing when I informed them that I needed the car for the weekend and would pick up Saturday AM. When I arrived and reviewed the service report for the fan noise: "confirmed concern - will need to remove blower for inspection" (which they did not do - they provided a separate quote for blower removal as future work). For that, they charged $270. I asked that this be removed, reduced, or justified but they would/could not address the issue because "skeleton staff on weekend" meant no manager on duty and said I would have to come back on Monday to discuss it. I asked if the charge could be left pending until I could speak to the manager on Monday (I would pay for brake inspection and they would have my credit card information), but they refused to release my car unless I pad the full amount today. I should never have been charged that amount for the "work" described and at the very least they should have released my car to me and left the charge pending until Monday because it is not my fault they understaff on Saturday and couldn't address my concerns. The car was also not ready - vehicle was not cleaned and it took at least 20 minutes for them to find the keys and the vehicle. At least the staff were very pleasant and professional (hat tip to the young man who diligently searched for my car and found it) even if they couldn't help me with the outrageous billing issue.
Update: Manager did call the following week and apologized and refunded the charge.

Unfortunately this visit was not done to what I would expect BMW service to be. First I get my car back and its not very clean. black marks on the floor mats, and the engine bay has finger prints on everything. Second the thing they fixed (radiator), I get a low coolant message. I check the reservoir and its empty. Concerned I have them tow the car into the dealer. I spent my day in there conference room working while they fix the issue and clean the car. Sad that it takes the second time at this level of cost. Where is the shop manager checking the work before it leaves the shop. Checking that the car is clean and presentable. Service area did apologize and made things right, just don't want to waste my time having to go back.
