So disappointed in this place I lived on Dart Gardens and it was by far one of the worst places to live in rats, basement would flood and the staff never wanted to fix anything. People got their rims stolen as well as their catalytic converters other got their cars stolen. If anything breaks they replace it with something from another apartment probably old and don’t even try and call the office they rarely ever pick up. Never imagined when i first moved in how terrible it would be stay away from this place.

I love living here. The neighbors are great. The area does have a high crime rate. The price for a 3 and 2 bathroom isnt bad But I've been staying here for two years and the rent has increased more than 3 times already especially during COVID.

The best apartment I've ever had Living in Hartford CT . I am living in one of çthere new renovations on York Street.ĪPark on the Hub , when I say there beautiful and clean so many enmityWasher and dryer, 2 full bathroom's the granite island top so much closet space, high ceilings the wood floors are so beautiful ❤️? and the outside is always being kept clean the maintenance ground workers does the best work .

So many great things about being at Anvil Place in downtown New Britain. Walking outside my door and being in a Classic Car Show or the Farmer's Market is so much fun. Other events, such as a Pride Parade, Black Lives Matter rally, Halloween Night, Santa Claus, new restaurants and more people moving into downtown is all markings of a living, active neighborhood. Our building maintenance and security need to be improved upon, in addition to our cohesiveness as a community, but the people here are nice. A diverse building with folks from Panama, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico, in addition to those of us from CT and around the US.

Unfortunately the program director was extremely rude to me when I was politely seeking advice. People come to this office during difficult times in life on the rare occasion that they actually need help. Please be aware that being mean to people during that time is awful and disgusting. I would never treat someone that way.

Extremely disappointing and giant waste of time. Took so long to process and submit the application for rental assistance that my apartment property manager decided not to participate. Such a shame that a program designed to help made things even worse.
