This is my worst experience in a phone store period! I stopped to have my number switched over, the woman from the beginning was not very clear on her process. I paid to activate my phone before the services were even transferred from my old provider. She had to catch the bus and tried to have me leave the store before my services were connected.she had to contacted customer service and she had me speaking to the representative so that she could close the store and when it took too long she proceeded to yell & tell me to come back tomorrow because she was leaving the store. I understand that she had to catch a bus but had she been more clear on the process it would have avoided confusion and maybe she wouldn't have missed the bus as I spent an hour just transferring my phone. The customer service was horrible let alone the store its self almost had no A/C. Not to mention her yelling and asking me to come back tomorrow for services I already paid for to be connected after she yelled telling me that because of me she would have to wait outside in the cold after she got a phone call from im assuming the boss & he told her she could wait in the store no problem. She was very rude & due to this experience I will never return to this store. Also if the store really does close at 6:45pm you should update your google time.

I definitely would never go and wouldn't recommend this metro place to anybody I truly woke up in a good mood all I wanted was to exchange my number to a different phone I got disrespect for no reason and chased to my car like if the girl wanted to strike me she was walking fast behind me I feared for my life at this point and I said if you touch me I'm calling the police but I couldn't cause she shut my phone service off smh!! she threaten me and said awful words to me that was rude and to top it off she completely turned my service off I couldn't call for help I had to go to another store to restore my service that was already paid for and pay another fee to turn it back on when I didn't ask for it to be off service. how do these companies hire these young people without any customers service skills how does an employee chase a customer outside and talking bilingly to customers. I will report this to coperate office so unreal and unprofessional I never and never will.??
