Great service!the individuals whom work here genuinely cares for their customers, Tina is well known as the best eyebrow tech in hartford, I trust Tina and the rest of the team dearly with my life alone with my brows mustache, and nail/toes.. they have such great welcoming energy.

Very disappointed with this place! I been going there for over 20 years and this place definitely went downhill since 2020. They make up their own hours and close the doors an hour and 30 minutes before 7pm on a Saturday!!!! They need to learn on how to run a successful business

I have been coming to this salon for the past year now and first visit was just a walk-in as I had tried another salon that would have me waiting for an hour.Here at the lilys the service was awesome the first time around and continuing. The techs are friendly and considerate. Also show care for what ever the reason for your visit.Ms. Kim is my go to tech we is wonderful, caring and thoughtful. She is very attentive to what she does and she has that personality that makes one feel comfortable having her doing your nails.Thank you guys.
