This place is ridiculous. It took 12 days to get my car. None of the sales people or managers communicate to each other and none of them answer their phone or even call back! With all the inconveniences they didn’t help us out at all. Will not be purchasing another car here.

The service of the vehicle was done well, fast and efficient.
It was our first time there, no one told us where to go in the building and we were told to get out of the way by one of your service people.
Your service people left grease on our floor mat.
Hunter spent time with us regarding a Bluetooth issue and he was great, however, he was supposed to have someone contact us concerning the issue, never heard back.
Overall, not excellent.

Dealer Rep greeted me at door. Immediate help from "da GOAT. I had in my head to buy my lease-end car ... changed my mind... got an upgrade from a CX30 to CX50 for SAME price I had paid for CX 30! Zion went out of his way to mend my registration & insurance paperwork.
Appears staff has been trainerd in Customer Service! Professional, kind, perfectionally groomed.
( I had used Manchester Mazda for 2 other leases. LEFT them due to treatment of me! )

Had a really bad experience when I went to get my car serviced and again when I had a flat tire . The incident was reported to the service department manager and he took care of the situation. Thank you Jason Secor.

Liberty Mazda was fantastic! They offered the most competitive upfront price out of all the surrounding dealerships and were completely transparent with all transactions. Jason was fantastic with answering all my questions and providing additional details pertaining to my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the most for my trade and to ensure I was satisfied. The entire process was painless, total time spent with the dealer ~4 hours (over two days- I test drove a Mazda 3 Hatchback on a Sunday and purchased it the following Monday). I am looking forward to many years of fantastic service from the wonderful team at Liberty Mazda!

Had the best experience with Liberty Mazda! Purchased my first car with them which is typically an intimidating process, but they made it super easy. Zeon, Jude, and Bill were all very friendly and helped find the right car for me. They answered all my questions and were very responsive. I love my CX-50 and look forward to getting it serviced with Liberty Mazda!

Wonderful experience @libertymazda in Hartford! Researched a couple used cars online…met with Malik last Saturday… without an appointment… even though he was busy and the appointment screen was full… he sat down with us.. test drove the car with us.. answered all our questions..took the time to be with us… it wasn’t just making a sale it was making sure this car was right for our budget, insurance and driving needs. No haggle, worked out OUR best option for financing.. deal was done in 1.5 hours on a Saturday! Car picked up that Monday! Happy customers here! Thank you Malik and Liberty Mazda!

It was pleasant experience leasing a car from Liberty Mazda. Upfront pricing from Liberty Mazda beat the nearby competitors. Sales person (Jordan Udi) was very helpful and informative. He made sure all our questions were answered and never put pressure on buying from them. When the time came to sign the lease, he was punctual, had all the documents ready and the process took less than an hour.
I'll recommend buying and leasing from them for their upfront pricing, customer service and overall experience.
