I was really in a bind... My rear shock basically disintegrated, but I was able to drive to the service department at Liberty Mazda in Hartford, CT. I showed up with no appointment and the technician told me they were booked solid for the day. However, they were able to fit me in to at least inspect my car. They had to order parts, which would take a day to receive. They offered me a complimentary Lyft service to my home. Luckily a loaner became available and they Lyfted me back to Liberty Mazda to receive it. They fixed my car the next day. It's very frustrating when your car breaks down, but I found this a very hassle-free and pleasant experience. Thank you Liberty Mazda!

My car had a very odd but annoying issue, and the team there took their time to actually find out what was going on. Jason, the service manager, actually cares about the customer experience and it shows. The rest of the team I interacted with was also good. I would not bother bringing my car anywhere else because I know that I can trust them over there.

Went looking for a suv and Mazda was highly rated and called Liberty Mazda about a ttedt drive as I was deciding between the cx5 and the cx9. With the car shortage they went out their way and found they had a 2021 cx5 and a 2020 cx9. I chose the cx5 and they exactly what I wanted that had just been put on a boat. Everything went so snooty from then and I was kept informed the whole time. Great car and great people.

I purchased a car from them last June. In the height of the car shortage. It would have been easy for them to gouge me on price. They did not. The sales team is beyond reproach. I feel I got a very fair deal.

Where to begin...I've been leasing with Mazda since 2016. There service is unbeatable! Ask for Jason Nye when you get there. I recently went through my first car accident, someone turned in front of me in my brand new 2021 Mazda CX-5. In the shop for months, the car was declared totaled. I went to Liberty and they took care of me like I was family. Even with the car market, and cars being scarce, they got me into a 2022 Mazda CX-5. Unlike other dealerships, they are upfront with everything, and even their service department is amazing!! All around I would not go anywhere else for my car buying needs. They helped me get into a new car, and detailed within a week.

Came here today and there were 3 salesmen working. All three made eye contact with me, yet none of them spoke to me including the one I held the door for. I continued to stand there until another white male walks in after me and get help immediately. Hard to think this was an oversight but who knows :-(

As a previous Customer, I'd like to share my feedback on their service department. If you are going to get Service done, you want to work with Zach of John. If you work Shannon, not only will she lie to you what's mandatory, she will also lie to you that times need to be replaced that really don't. She also will report the wrong mileage as she doesn't care about accuracy but you as a customer you want to report the correct mileage for your service records.If you decide to by look this review as a angry customer, than you are wrong. Just the honest truth and I wish you luck.
