Hector Morales was very attentive of my needs and made sure he directed me the entire way. Mr.Morales was professional and courteous. Moving forward I will make sure he handles all my car needs. Dane took the time to explain everything to me, break down the differences between the 75k and 90k maintenance and the individual costs of various items. I dread taking my car in to a dealership, but Dane made it smooth and easy.

I visited Lia for maintenance on my leased Hyundai and encountered an issue where the battery cover was mistakenly left on the trunk. When I reported this, the staff did not respond. Then I reported to the Hyundai Customer Care, they offered a discount on future maintenance, which unfortunately isn't beneficial for me due to my existing 3-year free maintenance plan. Overall, the experience was ok in terms of service, but there's room for improvement in handling situations. However, it's worth noting that they may not be on the same level as other brands (like Toyota) or dealerships in terms of overall customer service."

As an owner, nobody wants to visit the dealer service center too often. However, Lia Hyundai was the best. Especially, Hector Morales was my service manager and he was professional, kind, and truthful. I recommend this dealer and service center.

Brought my Hyundai Tucson from Lia Hyundai 2 years ago, great experience! Because of past experience with other dealership service dept, I was reluctant to use Lia's service. But after dealing with Dane Morissette, I am a fan! Dane is knowledgeable, professional and personable! He is thorough in answering my service questions and makes me feel confident in the repairs! Service is the differentiator in getting customers to come back to a dealership to purchase another vehicle!

My experience was very good. Dane Morrissette was the technician who worked with me. He explained the suggested work. Then he assisted me with which I should do right away because I was not able to do all of them at once. He was thorough and most of all courteous. He made it a much easier process.
