Hector Morales was my service advisor. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with my 2023 Ioniq 5 SEL and the service recall that brought me to dealership.
After the car was repaired (I waited about 70 minutes), he asked me to contact him if the repair did not solve the problem. He said he would schedule a new appointment and provide me with transportation.
My experience with another local Hyundai dealer was very unsatisfactory. Lia made getting the car fixed much less stressful.

Great service experience. A PM (Oil change etc.) was done fine and we attempted to resolve the navigation flaw also. It did not fix the problem but I am sure when I come in for my next PM at 24000 mi we will continue to try and make the navigation work.
