Bought a car in 2022. I am just now finding out that it was in a flood and the whole car is rotted underneath. I have went to their service place as well on airport rd for issues pertaining the car and was charged for work they never did because they couldn’t find out what was wrong with my car and told me to keep driving it until it was a consistent issue. Now my 2 year warranty is up and the car isn’t running well at all.

Hard for me to do a review unless it’s absolutely necessary. First time had a car diagnosed at a mechanic shop free of charge. Professional and appears honest and knowledgeable. Feels comfortable going forward with repairs.

I got stranded in Hartford when my F150 had brake issues while driving back home to MA. It was late afternoon when I called Lex Auto to see if they could help me out. They went out of their way, and over and above, to help me out and fixed my issue. They did excellent troubleshooting on my issue and probably saved me 1500 dollars compared to what a Ford dealer would have done. These guys are great!!! I wish I lived close to them to get all my service work done here. Go here for service, you will not regret it!
