I was referred to this company by a mutual friend to purchase a vehicle from the owner. When I asked for him, the person on the phone was rude and hung up. I called again to say it was for a purchase and never got the chance. The call was rejected immediately. Sorry to the owner which is a nice man from what I have heard, but his team is losing him money. Sad.

The sales rep Jay isn’t really friendly and he does not help people finance if your credit is a little challenge he told us to go back to a buy here place nobody is going to take us with a very nasty attitude I would not recommend him or Ledyard to any business terrible experience

He sells Lemons!! & Will get you stuck in a loan without an operable car. 2013 Nissan Pathfinder didn't last past one year. Problems 2 months off lot. Spent 5 grand to take out with the scam gap insurance that he sells. Spent 4 grand fixing the car till it finally gave up, exactly 13 months from purchase. Repairs exceeded 7 grand to fix with no guarantees. Do your research people. Transmission needed to be replaced 6 months from purchase, even after they supposedly replaced the transmission already. Here to inform buyers, be aware! Transfer case problems and more!!
