I called service department to cut physical key for key fob for "2011 jaguar xf" they said they don't do that., they said locksmith do that!!! I called locksmith and locksmith said Jaguar dealer should do that!!! Go figure!!!

Would recommend getting a second opinion somewhere else for any major maintenance.
I brought in my E-Pace with 30,000 miles in because the car was unable to shift gears properly. After they checked it out the service rep told me it was a known software issue and they would contact me when an update came out.
After months of not hearing back I brought my car back where the second sales rep did everything he could to convince me that’s just how these car’s gearboxes are designed to work. He even had me drive around with him and one of the techs to point out the aggressive shifting I wanted fixed.
I decided to take the car to a different dealership that immediately recognized there were major issues resulting in a transmission replacement along with other maintenance. The car now runs beautifully as it should.
Was it gaslighting because they didn’t want to take on the transmission replacement or just diagnostic negligence? Hard to say but either way I will not be returning.

It’s quite unexpected to have a wonderful experience with a car dealership, but Michael and Chris provided one. From my first contact with Michael through delivery, I was carefully attended to and the outcome was receiving a new car that was exactly what I wanted. A truly exceptional experience.

The first time I went to buy a car was probably around age 17. I remember throwing up in the bathroom because it was so traumatic. Working with Michael was about as different an experience as one could expect. Beyond that, I freaking love this car!

I purchased my first Jaguar with Michael Malchevsky at Jaguar Hartford and I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was as well as his "no pressure" attitude which was rarely seen in previous car-buying experiences. I cannot thank him enough for making my purchase so smooth! I am so in love with my car :)

Purchased our first Jaguar!! 2021 Editing this one 2023.... nice car purchased extended warranty. Kept telling them every time I had an oil change that the coolant was low. They kept telling me to add water and nobody thought about potentially doing a test to see if there was anything wrong. Warranty expired in October and the water pump blew in December out of warranty. Disappointed that nobody went the extra mile to see what was wrong with the car. Now I'm going to be out 900 bucks!

The service assistant manager Chris was very racist and nasty. The very first time I walked in that place he let me know that I didn't belong there, I took my car back there 3 times for the same issue and he refused to fix it because he wanted the warrantee to run out. The 3rd time I took it there he lied. That car sat outside from 11:30a.m until 5p.m and he didn't touch it. I know because I marked where I parked and I put something by the vehicle. He told me they were assessing it which was a lie. I asked for a loaner because he wanted to keep it overnight, he said let yr extended warrantee pay for it. Then he says sarcastically said "yep I can't help you".... After I told him that he was so mean and nasty to me from I came there, he started shouting and calling my phone multiple times to have a fight with me, I asked to speak to the manager he says that's him and he told me that he owns (jaguar) the dealership and he wouldn't let me talk to anyone. He told me never to come back there, and he is not going to fix my car even though it is under manufacture's warrantee. Clearly he needs to retire now. Anyone can buy whatever car they choose to.
