I filed my taxes at the Jackson Hewitt office at 1127 Albany ave, Hartford, CT. I was charged over $800 as filing fee without being told prior to filing the taxes. Make sure you ask about how much they’ll be charging you before you agree to submit. They will tell you how much you’re getting back already deducting the huge fees. They weren’t transparent with me at all. I decided to file with them for the first time and was disappointed. Never again.

Jackson Hewitt Albany Ave is a true gem. I met with Raven and she was able to explain and help me with all my tax questions. She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in and though out my filing process. I highly recommend.

Jackson Hewitt on Albany Ave went above and beyond to help me find the information I needed to solve a tax problem from previous years with H&R Block. They took the time to call the IRS on my behalf and sent me we steps on how to get the problem resolved. They are very knowledgeable about their business and I would recommend to family and friends.

I have been coming back to this company 5 years now and everytime they never seem to fail me. Upon arrival I’m always greeted and left with a smile, Mrs. Brown helped me through the entire process and for that I’m always grateful. Jackson Hewitt on Albany Ave did a phenomenal job helping me file my tax return. With the exceptional help of Mr. Album and Miss. Raven I was able to get a Early Refund Advance. Raven was able to also assist me with setting up my JH account and digital uploads for faster services. My refund was completed in a timely manner and I was definitely satisfied. Mr. Album takes his time to make sure you understand and are leaving satisfied with your experience. My experience was overall was definitely satisfying leaving the office knowing my return was done with some great tax professionals. I will be passing on my experience at JH and will highly recommend my friends and family to file there return at this location. I will definitely keep going back to this location from here on out.
