I’ve never done a review on any place before but at this point something has to be done. Easily the most unprofessional place you’d ever deal with. The main guy in there Kato or Kano whichever is literally unbelievably rude, lacks knowledge although tries to make it seem as if he knows it all and over unprofessional. This guy will leave you in a waiting room for hours because he wants to bs all day. Gives false info and doesn’t even care. Idek how this place is still operating. Headquarters need to look in to this place ASAP! And shut it down or do a complete rehire!!

Three weeks ago I return a car (with my credit card insurance) that I rented here. It was inspected, paid for, and returned the key. Yesterday, the manager or the supervisor called me saying that I needed to visit the store to sign a claim form because one of the windows was chipped. WHAT! I told him “no; I’m not signing anything. This was 3 weeks ago and you calling me now.” He said that he can’t force me to go and sign. I called my credit card company to let them know what happened.

This will be long but it has to be, Sorry. Went to this location to rent a car to Drive for Uber Part Time. The EV they gave me had an expired registration. While at the place I notified them repeatedly that the car was not coming up in my app. The gentleman who attended me told me there was an issue with a document but that it was corrected and told me it will appear in a few to just head out. After Charging the Vehicle and waiting around for hours the car still hadn't shown up in my app. I called and a woman there said she will try again to add it, to wait 15 to 20 minutes. in never did. I asked them if they could credit me for the day and I was told no. After hours of talking with Uber and calling Hertz Customer service it was revealed that the registration was expired since 6/30/24 and an attempt to submit a new document was done on 715/24 but it was the same expired document. When I arrived at the place the next morning I was offered a new vehicle which should have been done before I left the day before, but I declined and asked fo a full refund and a full reimbursement of the charge i gave the car which Hertz customer service said I could . I was told I was being charged $50 for the day and the rest will be refunded to me, which hasn't happened yet and that I would have to contact customer service if I wanted that plus my $20 for charging the car. worst customer service ever. The Guy who attened me both days is the manager ther I believe as well. He even stuck with the story of the document was not expired and that it was an issue with uber. No accountability what so ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

Bad Bad Bad service. Takes for ever to get anywhere with these people. When you go there the wait time is ridiculous worse than the motor vehicle.

Terrible and such bad customer service. This place is a literal joke. I guarantee you an automated message will reply to this. This place is a place you go to when you're forced. That's all. Otherwise avoid this. This isn't even a business. It's a run around chaotic mess. They will overcharge you. They're rude. They don't explain anything. The works. DO NOT COME. PLEASE. FOR ME!

Fraudsters at their finest. Charged me for days I don't even have the car. Customer service is trash. Wonder why they keep closing. ? I have documentation and they have nothing. Reviews don't lie.

Absolute worst experice I have ever had trying to rent a car. With a reservation I was bait and switched to a smaller car for more money because my reserved vehicle wasn't avaible after waiting for over an hour. Spent $40 to uber here and another $40 to uber back with no car. To top it off they were rude, I mean really rude. and there was no soap in a filthy bathroom and a broken needle on the floor. What a complete dump and scam center. I hope this review is seen and taken into consideration for anyone thinking they have a resevation. I hope I saved you time and money!

They need to hire more people to deal with Uber rentals. You have one person and abt 10 people waiting. You can’t make any money because You waste all day here waiting to be served

Stay clear away from this Hertz!!!They are a bunch of rude people! They are incompetent and need training. The Manager(Lil guy) completely needs to work elsewhere. He going to get himself into something he can't handle!!!! I posted a review on service at Hertz,they said they would reach out to me within 72 hours. I never received a call yet. Definitely wouldn't recommend HERTZ. They have shady ethics and recent read about a scandal with Hertz

Made a reservation for a gas-powered vehicle (use for Uber) on 02/20/2024. They accepted it. I arrived and was told by the rude branch manager (can give his name he refused to give it.) they only had a Kona. I was very reluctant to take the car. But was told it was fast charging clean and in good shape. Finish the paperwork and got in the car to find it was below 50% charge on the car and they did not upload the vehicle to my UBER ACCT! Now i can understand if this place was busy and it simply was forgotten. But it was me and one other person. This guy is just basically lazy. I had to call and get that fixed. Then After trying to charge the car at three separate stations. I find the error is an issue with the car. I bring the car back the next morning and was told they have no other vehicles and they wanted to test the car for charging. It failed there to. So the rude no it all Branch manager start arguing with me how he personally charged that car up and had no problems. At this point a wanted a refund and got it and left. Again, the Branch manager forgets to remove vehicle off my UBER ACCT! I had to then spend more time having UBER REMOVE IT. I don't think Hertz or any rental company should have access to your acct. It's not a very secure thing to do. Clearly Hertz is not trained for UBER DRIVERS! But they will definitely take your money. Don't rent from this hertz. It's a waste of you time and money and you will be treated like garbage. IF YOU DONT HAVE GAS POWERED VEHICLES, DONT TAKE THE RESERVATION!
