Texted someone yesterday on facebook for some 19' bmw rims, they told me I can come in same day or the next.
Told the guy I would come in tomorrow. I arrive and they told me they sold it already. Dont waste your time or money with these people.

Good and decent place. A variety choice's for Rims. Great prices too. Just needed two tires and they hooked me up right away, quick and fast. At the moment they didn't have the size tires that matched the ones I had but I had needed two tires bad. Both balled and one had a nail which was giving me a slow leak every 2 trips. So wasn't worth putting a plug. Called them up to see if they were open, he said come on down when I got there he came over as I parked asked how he could help. Told him the issue, he looked at my tires and said pull in to the bay before anyone else comes and I got you. Sure enough I was out with 20 to 30 minutes. Happy and proud customer here. I would definitely recommend these guys. Already texted some family members to go see them. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again. ?????

They charge you for tires 70$ and charge you an extra $40 to balance the tire this place is a complete rip off also overfilled tires to 40 psi

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. They stole my son's wheel lock and didn't give it back to him and didn't want to give his rims back either. They are unprofessional and are doing illegal work there. They're doing things so you don't get an inspection sticker and their thieves. They also forgot to put the lug nut on the tire and it almost fell off.

I went here last week & I almost lost my life. They gave me a bad tire not to mention they left my Lugnuts loose. My whole car was wobbly I taught I needed to balance my tires, When I stopped @ another tire shop sure enough it was that they gave me a bad tire & not balanced at all & my nuts were loose. I can’t believe how would they play with someone’s life like this. Never again will I go to them nor recommend anyone to them.

I was coming home from work and heading to night classes at ccsu when my tire popped on the side of the road by my home. I was referred to Hartford tire by a neighbor outside and I am so thankful they did!!!!! Service was AMAZINGGGG. They worked so hard to help me in a tough situation and even drove back home with me to replace my tire since I could not tow it to the shop last minute. Thank you all for your kindness ❤️ I will be a repeat customer and recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!!!

Amazing service was stranded on the side of the highway and they where willing to stay open late to get me back on the road while waiting for a tow! 10/10 service!!!!
