Having a horrible experience there. Stopped in Wednesday 8/28/24 and filled out paperwork to buy a car. No one will return my calls or get back to me on the process. They ran my credit. I have purchased several cars from harte nissan and infiniti. They need to make this right or I will tell everyone never to shop there again. I have had several friends work there to in the past and I will make sure this negative experience I'm having reaches a higher level.

I own a 2010 G37x and have always had it serviced at Harte Infiniti dealership. Chris Salemi is the best service manager you could ask for. Knowledgeable, polite, I would never go to anyone else. He represents Harte Infiniti Service Department with the highest degree of competence. Thank you Chris, you're the best!

Unfortunately I somehow lost the key for wheel lock. The service staff Chris was very prompt and helped me replace it at no cost. I recommend this place to everyone.

Buyer beware!:( they sold me a cpo q50 it was great after a few drives I noticed the warped rotors and it shakes a lot when breaking I made a call before 150 miles! (Wich never got noted) and at 3500miles my first oil change I made a comment of it (wich never got noted in) the service adviser said breaks are within speck and good to go… felt like a insult to intelligence but I rolled with it bc I needed to get to work
Today after 3500 miles (another oil change)I get a report saying I need new back breaks and rotors they are almost worn out at a level 4 when they should be at 8 y.. again not in the notes
Verry shady way to handle the situation after reading other reviews honestly you guys seam to lose a lot of repeat service customers over minor things I still love the car but I have lost trust in this location :(
Ps to management don’t tell me to call and ask again I have tried :/

I have bought a fair share of vehicles in my day. Have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing sales professionals as well as the disgust of sleezy scumbags. Bobby at Harte Infiniti was in neither category. He was just there. On top of the mediocre experience, the final straw was when we picked up the 2023 certified QX that we paid an arm, leg and a couple of elbows for it only had half a tank of gas. When I brought it to Bobs attention, he stated "you didnt buy a new car, used cars come with only half a tank of gas" in an extremely rude manner. I bit my tongue and ended the conversation. Frankly, I am not certain if this is actually Harte Infinitis policy, but if it is, wowwww!!! Beyond discourteous. Dealerships profits margins are super inflated especially in the current market and they dont have the decency of putting an additional $43.37 in gas for their newly acquired customer. One and done. Will never be coming back to this dealership again. Dont let the 4.5 star rating fool you. They have a total of 88 ONE star reviews(I scrolled and counted). Thats almost 10% of the total reviews. Thats a LOT of mistreated and disgruntled former clients, including this one!!!!

Nightmare! BEWARE
Up date. My sons car was in mint condition except for the power loss. We towed it in because we were that careful of taking good care of it. WE DROVE THE CAR. Now it wont turn on? Had to junk a fantastic car. $1,200 tires 2 weeks old?This dealership stripped this car!!! I told them it was loosing power. I had the same problem with my last Infinity. Engine was fine not one code showed up. Than after 1 hour they said,' we will need another 2 hours to find the problem.'? Did They know they wouldnt find problem in one more hour? Strange isnt that? This alone is a red flag. I am still upset that they ripped me off. They went through the glove compartment and put all the papers in a bag! Who told them to go in my sons glovebox? They did this for a reason that i dont like!
Had car towed to be safe. Than they say a brake problem. Why even check my brakes when i didnt say there was any problem there? All of a sudden there is no timing chain? How could i drive at all. I couldnt be there, told them i was not rich and they saw an easy mark. To tell me i need a whole new Turbo engine every 140,000 miles is crazy.Car started perfectly, engine was fine. Not 1 code, I drove the car and was loosing power. Same situation as my last Infiniti. I told them what was wrong. They put it on the diagnistic and no problems showed. They tell me another 2 hours to find the problem not 1 hour but 2, smh. $725 for them to destroy the car. It no longer starts , they said it needs a timing chain, a whole new engine, that coolant was getting in the oil. Mind you, THE CAR DROVE. NOW IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL. THEY WANT $16,000 to fix the car and was mad because we arent doing the work there. We arent doing anything. Who can pay $16,000? We still owe $20,000 on the car. It had 140,000 miles and they said it would need a new engine every 140,000 miles. Are they out of their minds. I will be pursuing the situation with my attorney and motor vehicle and the Chamber of commerce. NIGHTMARE THAT THEY BLAME THE OWNER FOR. THEY BROKE MY CAR! Car stripping.

Can’t speak highly enough about this dealership, and I can be a tough critic. I have owned several Infiniti’s over the years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dominique Cappa, Chris Salemi, and the whole team are fabulous! The work is always done top notch, and pricing is always very transparent and fair! I always recommend Harte whenever I can!
