Taking way to long with my car. Parts department forgetting part to make you wait longer and they don't wanna take care of your rental due to they incompetence. Will never use them again.

The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. My car was in a collision and I brought it to the Harte collision center for repair. I had an incredible experience at the Harte Nissan dealership so I figured the experience would be the same here. WRONG. My cars repair was completed 8 days ago and they refuse to release my car. They insurance has paid them what they initially quoted but they continue to resend additional supplements. So now that we are on our 3rd go around and price went from 1600 to 5000 they refused to do anything but sit and wait. When I call I speak to a different person who doesn’t seem to know anything and always says I need to speak to someone different but they seem to always be out of the office. I have been going back and forth for over a week and nobody seems to have a clue as to what is going on in that shop. It took 20 minutes on the phone with the man I was speaking to, to even find out what the final price was. He literally kept riddling off number and they were all incorrect. They are COMPLETELY unorganized and really don’t need to be seeing customers. I am furious and have been nothing but patient. Please save yourself peace of mind and do not waste your time coming here. They will have you on the phone playing detective as to what the hell is going on. Anyone at Harte if you are reading this feel free to contact me and I’ll be sure to let you know how completely unprofessional and incapable your employees are.Service: Body & Trim

The customer service was amazing! Ebony is very personable at every interaction be it in-person or on the telephone. Ebony, Lenny and Mario were attentive, patient and responsive whenever I called or in-personMy car was there to be repaired after an accident and they assisted with navigating issues that came up with insurance. Thank you, you all truly went above and beyond!!!

This people have done a horrible job they have my husband car for a month and they told us twice that our car is done and when we come to get it the dents on the car are still there they paint the the rim and and you can see all the drips of the paint on the rim they didn’t polish it the car still has the same dent from the car accident and it’s been a monthServices: Painting
