Called for birth to three services for my son and every person they've sent to my home has been awful, they don't listen, they upset your kids beyond belief, and do nothing other than suggest services just as useless. They treat your kid as if they're not good enough while simulatenously having exceedingly high expectations of them. They never help you meet those goals and their "techniques" are antiquated ABA tactics that dont treat autistic children as humans. Aside from the services themselves, staff is unbelievably unproffesional. Here's your exit interview, it was a massive and shameful disappointment.

Its so sad to hear how bad things are at Harc. It used to be such a great place to work and what is going on over there is a shame. They don't care about their employees at all. Don't work here! Giving them a one star is giving them too much.

Wrost organization ever I am not sure how this place is still up and running and individuals aren't moved out. Seriously. The parking is horrible, the busy street is so scary. So many times we almost got hit coming out. The ADA buses are all lined up at the side and you can't see anything pulling out. This is so unsafe and their should be someone directing traffic are dismal hours. The elevators never work, the employees are so rude its unbelievable. Provide training for your staff and teach them how some manners. The security guard they have now is mean and unprofessional, the managers and directors are corrupt, rude and nasty. After the whole sexual assault things with the residents this place should have been shut down!!

This is a worthless organization that did nothing for my brother and when he had to leave his apartment we had to through away all the furniture that they had in the apartment when he moved in, thanks Harc for having us carry tables and chairs as well as the storage unit that was full of someone else’s belongings.

This place is horrible. I send a love one there, everytime I have gone in there employees are on there phone ignoring the individuals in the room. Not only this, I have witnessed myself what they call "Job coaches" not teaching basic skills. It's sad that I put my trust in this company, when all they are really doing is sitting entertaining themselves. I have seen when dropping off staff bickering, yelling, swearing, and just utterly being rude. Lastly the way some dress is not appropriate for being around individuals, and their families. Needless to say I pulled my sister out of that company and now she attends another program, where they are active with her, and she actually enjoys going. I would never recommend this company.
