I went yesterday to get my hair done and the employees were really nice the owner she was honest with me about getting my hair bleached and how it would affecty curls i told them to do what they want and my hair came out awesome and my curls poppin also love the color

Maria and the staff of Hairmosa Salon are absolutely incredible. There are no words for how beautiful I felt on my wedding day, amongst the personal struggles I have with my thinning, frizzy, curly hair. I had many bridal trails from other hairstylist and they struggled, but Maria helped me achieve my dream wedding hair. We were all done on-time as well, everyone looked amazing. I am so thankful I found Hairmosa salon and I absolutely recommend their services to anyone seeking a quality stylist!Service: Bridal hair

I have been going to Hairmosa Salon for several years . I was searching for a hairdresser that would give me a perm for my hairI had been getting perms since 1998. Back then the results were always a major disappointment. I found Maria's salon she owns this beautiful salon with the best hairdresser I ever found. During COVID was a real problem ? No hair care iwant. I will not go to anywhere or anyone else. Thanks Hairmosa.

My appointment was at 12:30 was not seen until 1:00. I was out of there by 2:30. It would had been nice to let me know of any inconvenience in advance. I arrived early so I waited over 30 minutes to be seen, not acceptable. I'm not sure if this was the result of double booking, but the stylist did had other people during my appointment time. If that was the case, not very professional practice to double book and to work on multiple clients at the same time. Blow dry was good, haircut was okay not exactly what I requested, it was cut too short and no curtain bangs as I asked for. Maybe I did not communicate correctly that I wanted to keep my hair long with short curtain bangs. Overpriced, $80 dollars for a cut and blow dry. Not recommended.

My wife went in to get hair treated and trimmed and condition she looked eight year Rudy hair. Came out looking like 28 year old Tyra Banks. Her looked amazing she was so happy. I am not sure who did her hair but she said everyone was so nice. She will return to get her hair done again. I would recommend a guy to get a gift for his better half looking to get her hair done.

Honestly horrible experience i wish i could have my money back and time back. I spent weeks in advance trying to book with them for May 31st 2019 my prom was that days. I saw Justin's work on instagram and i loved it. I'm very picky about my make up as i can ALSO do make up but i wanted to be pampered for my first and final prom. I was so excited. I was indecisive about what i wanted done the same week so i take into account the difficulty but the time i booked justin for was ALWAYS 3:00pm that day. I had to meet my photographer at 5:30 and be at prom by 6:00. there was another lady who had an issue with the make up artist at the salon i think the other make up artist was Jose but he was on vacation the lady waiting with me also had a prom, she had an apt at 3 with Jose confirmed the same week and everything even though he wasn't there. the only make up artist available was Justi....my artist. I let the client go first even though i had justin booked for 3 bc she had to meet her photographer at 4:30. Justin didn't get my make up done until 5:00 and i hated it. It was rushed and i didn't get to tell him what i wanted. I'm sorry..i work in customer service and i wanted to cry. I tried to book everything right and i felt horrible. I wasn't going to make it to prom. I got overcharged for my photographers time bc i didn't make it to photos but still had to pay. and my limo almost left me. I had to change at the salon. My mom knew i was distraught even though i was quiet. I lied about liking it because i just wanted to get to prom. She came into the salon furious when she had to pick me up and got angry with the owner. I forgot her name but it was a woman. She said it was HER salon and i was being difficult with what i wanted and it wasn't there fault when there was someone before me and that blah blah blah...A BUNCH OF EXCUSES so unprofessional!!! completely saddened bc i wanted so much from the salon...the owner insulted my mother after my mom got upset with her excuses. my mom STILL PAID 80-90 DOLLARS FOR A RUSH AND SAD MAKE UP EXPIERIENCE. i do not blame justin for the rush job or his skills. i blame the owner for the confirmation and the mix up. i was booked for 3 pm on may 31st 2019 and didn't leave until 5:50pm. it took me a lot to write this review because i tried to get over the anger and think logically but i am certain that no one should cry the night of prom because their weeks in advance appt ruined their whole night. (EDIT) First off i cannot respond to your response ms Maria because i do not know how on google reviews you did not read my whole paragraph because NO ONE CANCELLED my make up appt i was just indecisive about doing my hair the last week and a half with you guys because i'd never seen your work in person before. SECOND OFF I AM THE DAUGHTER AND LIED BECAUSE I WANTED TO LEAVE, and it wasn't Justin's fault but again, i did not like his work!! it was rushed!! and i didn't fuss like my GREAT MOTHER (WHO ONLY SPEAKS SPANISH SO IM WRITING THIS REVIEW) because i didn't want you to ruin my night, my mother's name is not MRS bustamante that's me, the client. I TOLD JUSTIN THAT SO I COULD LEAVE because yes my mother had every right to be mad (and maybe exaggerated a bit) but i did not want to BE AT YOUR SALON ANY LONGER!! THE OTHER CLIENT ASKED ME IF SHE WANTED ME TO GO FIRST BC I HAD BOOKED JUSTIN FOR THREE AND THAT PART OF THE APPT NEVER CHANGED SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION I do not want your refund no one asked for that, i just don't want anyone to go through this again. I have every right to post review so please READ IT FULL IF U WILL RESPOND. have a blessed weekend ma'am.
