Absolutely love golden nozzle. It wasn't until my ocd buddy turned me into washing your car often that I even thought of this Brilliant idea. Now I have appointments near multiple locations and love stopping by. Of course my wife wants her car clean also. All good

The employees were friendly, but it seemed as if they were having to manually make sure the systems that carries the cars through kept moving. I sat inside the car wash waiting while they tinkered with an apparatus behind me. It was slightly nervewrecking. The car was clean, but it wasn't as efficient as my typical location.

The best washing my car ever experienced for a mere $18.00 and a few cents.Try it and feel free to be kind to the hard working men and women responsible.

Good for exteriors. I wish all locations had vacuuming and interiors cleaning

In a hurry, I went here today since it was along the way, needed to wash off the bird p**** The price was $23 for everything, which was the all inclusive price . I would have preferred to spend that on a bunch of stickers or coloring books or snacks honestly after I noticed. I mean it helped SOME, so, I will give it the two stars for that at least, well 3 because the person there seemed nice. My car w/windows were still dirty sadly, I didn't bother to look at the tires. Unfortunately, I will not return.

False hours advertised. Open until 7pm but went there at 530pm on a Tuesday and they blocked the entrance with a red pickup truck. I'm paying for a membership to use it, not just to have it as a souvenir. This is a waste of money. Place needs a upgrade too.

The car came out extremely clean and shiny. What a great way to protect your assets from the sand and salt of the hard New England weather. Highly recommended!

My car was still really wet coming out of the wash, for whatever reason towards the end of the wash, a there was a finally water spray after the towel dry. They were unwilling to actually dry it.

I went there for a one stop car wash. They signed me up for monthly charges. I told the attendant, I did not want the monthly deal, just wanted one plain old car wash. She went back in the computer and said all set. Just noticed they charged me for the past 3 months for monthly service of $19.99 a month. WTF!!

The monthly pass is absolutely worth it! BUT the young Hispanic male at this location makes it unbearable to come. I cringe every time I see him there. Extremely rude, 0 customer service, not even the common decency to say hello. I HATE coming to this location.

Not what I was use to, there is no one to vacuum and wipe the vehicle down. I understand, keep everyone safe.

I had a horrific experience. After purchasing my vehicle and having it less than two weeks I took it to Golden Nozzle on Kane St Hartford CT Golden Nozzle Car Wash. I got the biggest package they offer. The car came out the was damaged with scratches all over the hood and doors. I told the man working immediately. He called a manager I left my info no one followed up. I called for the week following but many times didn't reach anyone. Finally reached the manager he told me to come in. I brought my car down there and he told me there was no way the wash did it and that the company wouldn't be doing good anything about it and I could get a lawyer if I wanted Mind you I had just bought this vehicle with no scratches!! He wouldn't even let me talk he just kept cutting me off. My spouse and I didn't event attempt to go back and forth we just asked for corporate contacts because he was so dismissive and unwilling to be professional. He didn't even tell us the proper procedure to file our damage claim to their company. Whether he agreed with us or not he is still supposed to allow us to pursue our claim. He has now told me to call corporate and speak to Al Thomas. I've left a voicemail let's see where this goes. I will keep you updated. But my suggestion do not visit Kane St. They will cause damage to your vehicle and do not have management adequate to handle customer service.
