This store had its downfall when they fired the previous managers (Dee) and replaced him with a white woman with red hair, the service is terrible, in terms of figures they do not have any variety and each time there is less and less what they have to offer, I got all my collection in this store with the previous management which now I ask about some figure and the current manager only says that it has to be online I am surprised how it is still open

It looks like the store closes daily from 6-6:35pm. I also made the mistake of driving out of my way to come here and was just unlucky on the timing... the store owner needs to update their hours online

This store keeps closing at 6 when they're hours are till 9 maybe change your hours online so you dont keep wasting people time. i when 3 time to this location to confirm this only to find out theyre closing early and theyre are employees inside laughing and doing nothing but talking to each other

Very nice store! Went to there the other day and unfortunately the store closed early at 6, there were still people in there and it was only 6:20 so I stood out side looking for a number to call cause I just had a order to pick up, and before I knew it the manger opened the door and said "hi we are closed but is there something you really needed" and I explained I just needed a order pick up and it took me 30 mins to get to there, she was very nice let me in let me pick up my order and we even had a conversation about work and how it is working at GameStop, could not be happier with my service! The manger and the other worker was very nice and welcoming and they really didn’t need to help me but they did. Will definitely try to stop at this GameStop anytime I can!

I’ve been coming here for three years and everyone expect for one red headed “manager” has given great service. But honestly this “manager” needs to be fired she is super unprofessional, disrespectful and standoffish. Not only that but she will try to refuse service whenever she can. If you see her working do yourself a favor and leave.
