I had a terrible experience here today due to the unpleasant behaviors of the cashiers. Specifically, the white lady that works there. They were so rude to me when I would ask them simple questions. I could not wait to get out of there and I dread the idea of returning.

You can't shop, you gave to wait your turn to enter, be escorted and then your escort picks your books. I'm buying used and part of getting there early is being able to pick out the best one!!! The cashiers were all stressed out and kinda rude.

It has never been a hassle coming into this bookstore. The staff is very friendly and accomodating with easy access to everything.
