I bought dog treats, they made my dog sick I called the store 13+ times to let them know there dog treats were contaminated/bad they didn't answer a single call so I had my friend drive there for it and they told him to basically f off they didn't care

December 16, 2023 around 11am. All three ladies behind the counter talking and cursing none stop in Spanish while customers walking out because the line is not moving fast enough. They are so loud. They are not working just standing there flapping their mouths. The cashier still pausing to talk with them during cashing out customers. Very poor service.

Ghetto the worst dollar store in Hartford. Spanish workers very ghetto and unprofessional. I love Spanish people but the ones who work here are trash and need training on professionalism! So sad

The manager n employee's are SO frkn ghettooooo!!! They talk about other emplo4 n the talk foul language in spanish in front of us cusyomers!!!! This is not the firts time i witnessed this !!! SMH

Has to be one of Hartford most ghetto ran managed family dollar. The Latino workers are so dam uncultured it’s pathetic. Can not think with itty bitty sense they always seem to lack to have to give me a receipt or bag my items. Yikes. I meann this is my wonderful city of Hartford I expect ignorant shxt like this

You had a perfect day and need to have a disappointment? This is the right place!
Don't look for carts or baskets, because they don't exist in this store.
If you are looking for a product, they don't have it here.
There are four cash registers, one with the light on but not working, while the only one working does not have the light on. Confused...
If you buy something, you take everything in your hands because they never have bags. Neither to give away, nor to sell.
If you need help, you will hardly find someone available.
Employees compete over who has the most attitude, the least education, or the least respect for others.
Not to mention the parking lot that is so small that not even a small Smart can move comfortably.
In short, a disaster for a store that we still cannot understand why it is still open.

Very poor coordination of the cashiers on duty in a line that reached the refrigerators. They had 2 cashiers and one of them closed his cashier and simply left, which I see as very disrespectful to the people in the line and the supervisor was in front of him. and he didn't do anything, I didn't even ask him where he was going, my question is how is this crap still open?

I like Family Dollar hours, the cashier helps well to direct you to any product your looking for and is patient to wait on you.
