We purchased our kitchen from express but had our contractor install. Upon installation , discovered they sent the wrong size cabinet. You would think it would have been simple enough to just exchange it for the one we were supposed to be sent,right? Of course not. We went to Hartford to return our cabinet that THEY sent that was wrong and picked up the correct cabinet that I had to pay for. When we arrived and walked in we were greeted by someone at the desk and told to go up the stairs to customer service. We waited 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge us. The person from the desk came upstairs to make sure we were being helped.and thats when someone acknowledged us. Customer service thereSUCKS! So we are told to go to the back and return our cabinet and get the new one. We go back there, they take the cabinet and give us the new one. Said we had to pay a 30% restocking fee which is bs if you ask me but then they said since our contractor hung it up we cannot return it. After I had spent many phone calls back and forth being told I would get a refund minus the 30%. We left the original cabinet there and were supposed to be called by management to remedy the problem.....Over a month went by and numerous voice mails left and 2 emails sent to the Southington office I finally received a call. She said we cannot give you a refund. At this point I had,had enough of their crap and I said fine I will come get my cabinet and she said ok let me make sure we still have it.... WHAT?!? And she would call back and never did. I will be going there to pick up MY cabinet that I paid for in the next couple of days and hope it's there. Also, a couple of the faces of our drawers came off that we had to reattach and personally I don't think it was worth what we paid for. Customer service and management is a complete joke....

Express Kitchens is the worst organization I have ever had to deal with. They changed my scheduling three times, brought the wrong sized cabinet and I am still waiting --- three weeks later for doors to that cabinet. The salesperson at the Southington Store promised that I would have a custom pantry that would fit my refrigerator and didn't order the shelves for one side of the refrigerator. This is a project that started in MAY and it is now almost NOVEMBER! Stay far away from these creeps.

The contractor Roy did an awesome job! He was prompt, efficient, neat and clean. There was no trace of packing materials or left over pieces each day he was here(2 days). He was courteous and worked well to satisfy any concerns I might have had. Totally satisfied?Lorenzo Elliott6/21/2023

I decided to get my kitchen redone and after several quotes I went with Express kitchens . I am very happy with the result the price was very reasonable the installation team was fantastic and Darlene in the West Springfield office was awesome. I would definitely recommend Express kitchens for kitchen remodeling.

I used Express Kitchens for my rental property. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Delivery and granite countertop installation was prompt and looks great.

We had a great experience with Express Kitchens! Deborah was great to deal with.. I swear we called her 50 times about the design, just to clarify and change some things early on! We did have a crack in our wall unit when they took it out of the truck.. but the installer noticed it right away and a new one was delivered and installed the next day!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Cabinets are good quality and no middle person, so they can anticipate scheduling.Used them for my rental properties and they withstand the test of time and beatings from tenants with families. Chose higher end cabinets for other renovations and better quality in comparison to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Everything went well with my kitchen install. after the install had some issue. Customer service is horrible. So dissatisfied. They take your money but refuse to hint your contract after the fact

They installed my kitchen 13 days ago and knobs, scratches, crooked doors and a floppy spice rack plus the cabinet side panels still need to be completed. A glass door and white shelves are "in order". They charged my credit card but have no date as to when they will be back to finish the job. I also paid for removal of all material including the ton of cardboard. A lot of the cardboard is still in my garage. The advertised price is NOT the normal total of your kitchen. I paid much more. The cabinets are not as deep as my old cabinets so dishes, glassware and pots and pans have less space. The most annoying is the stove now sticks out 2 inches from the cabinets and looks awkward.

Detailed review: I don’t typically post reviews but my Express Kitchen experience deserves and exception. The service anod customer care of Express is the reason of my review. They were simply fantastic. Express has a great selection that fits all budgets, and you can go either way and as high-end as you want. The showroom was well laid out, clean, and ample. The selection was hard because of all the options. But this can be true of several places. The people is what made the difference. First, the sale and design:. Dan Czernicki was not only extremely knowledgeable, skilled and of good taste, but he was patient, flexible, understanding and not pushy AT ALL. Took us few months to finalize and move forward, and not once did we felt pushed. Then came the delivery: well communicated, well planned, and well executed. On time. Then came the install. This is where I was a bit disappointed. Few pieces were less than perfect, and arrived with nicks, dents, scratches, knife marks, cracks etc. Not the quality I expected for what I paid (cabinets). The Countertops were perfect, delivered on time, measured and installed perfectly.What happened next is what made the difference for me, and the reason I rate 5 stars as would recommend to a friend to use Express Kitchen. The post-sell customer service was second to none. Peter Adoretti was simply fantastic. He made all the wrongs right extremely efficiently, painless, and timely. Not only did he addressed every issue within hours of my submit tal, but he delivered items to my house to ensure I could complete the project to my satisfaction. No arguing or haggling or excuses, he just got it done, replaced what was wrong, and apologized for the inconvenience. To top things off, at the end of the project, Peter accepted return of excess items and pieces I procured that ended not being required. He made the returns and “back-to-business” experience as easy and streamlined as an Amazon return.Kudos to the team, and thank you to Express leadership for fostering such a great culture. I would definitely recommend Express based on my experience with their employees.

We had a very positive experience with Express Kitchens, from the initial stages through to completion. Dan was very patient with us as we worked through our cabinet, countertop and sink options. He cheerfully priced out different versions, discussed the pros and cons of various choices, and willingly made late term changes. He was very accommodating and responded promptly to communications. Molly was equally accommodating and responsive in addressing our questions regarding the granite countertop and providing a sample for our use. Our cabinet and granite installers were pleasant and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up after their work, and offered advice with respect to the products they installed. When a problem with one of the drawers was brought to the company's attention, Dan and Andrea responded quickly and a replacement was installed in a timely fashion. After the project was completed, we decided to add a granite backsplash and were delighted with not only the outcome, but also with the ease with which our request was handled. We are delighted with our new kitchen and with Express Kitchens.

This company doesn't deserve any stars but in order to post my review I had to Choose one. RUN the other way while you can. They send the wrong crew to complete the job and then when they try to fix the horrible job they work past 9 pm in your home. They ruined our sink twice. The first time they replaced it the second they said 2 bad. They couldn't even fill the holes in the trim board. This was after they had to take it down from original installer because it was upside down. It took about 9 months to complete a very small kitchen. See attached pictures of there finished job that we demanded replacement on. Some were replaced and others were were told that they are done.It's funny how they respond to my review but don't offer to come and fix the outstanding issues!
