Mom had a ring that had been run over by a car in her jewelry box for years. I heard about Johnson's from a friend who has lived in Cary many years, so decided to take the ring in and see if they could fix it. The lady that helped us when we left the ring made no promises, but said they would try. She was so kind! Today we picked up the ring....and it was even better than new!! Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it up and it was shining like new. She is so pleased and the people there are so helpful. I will come here for any repairs and even a watch battery from now on. A small but wonderful store with wonderful customer service!

BLUF: Fast and friendly service.I had a simple drop off for Johnson's, replacing the batteries on four (4) wristwatches. They did just that and even corrected the time and date on them.Seemed like their turnaround is pretty quick on a replacement job like this. Could've gotten them back the same day, but I left them overnight. Next morning, I got a courtesy call as a reminder that my items were ready for pickup. $10 per replacement battery. Superb.

My friend and I went in to look at engagement rings. The woman who helped us was so nice and helpful. Neither one of us had really looked at engagement rings before, so we had no idea what we liked. She walked us through basically all the possibilities with diamond shape, size, band color, band width, settings, etc. We were able to try on different rings and take pictures to report back to our significant others. I definitely recommend coming here for high quality service and I will be coming back for any of my future jewelry needs!

I had a fantastic experience. I was able to get a watch battery replaced for a reasonable price and they even provided a complimentary buff and shine of my wedding ring and made it look like new after 8 years! Thank you! I've found my go-to place!

After going to two chain jewelry stores unsuccessfully trying to get watch batteries changed I found this store by Yelp reviews and I am so glad I did. This is small family owned store and the service was fantastic, very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I had my watch batteries changed in no time. Will definitely use them in the future.

I've been here a couple of times in the last year and have gotten the best service. I was getting a ring sized and another repaired. The staff is so friendly, very helpful, honest, reliable. I won't go anywhere else. Prices and turn around times are great too!

Thank you Yelp reviewers for steering me to Johnson's! New to NC with no network of family/friends to ask who to trust... I checked Yelp, and like always you gave me the best recommendation. Johnson's is clearly a family business with a long history in Cary. Great little shop with variety of jewelry. But clearly excels with service and personal attention! Married 27 years and had to get a hand xray. I thought they were going to have to cut my ring off. I came to Johnsons for a new size. They recommended the right fit - snug, but not at all loose... perfect. They also cleaned it up nicer than new. Price was very reasonable and delivered when promised (1 week). This is our new 'go to' jeweler.

Johnson's is a Cary treasure. Old fashion quality service with a smile by experienced, knowledgeable, very helpful and courteous staff. I was looking on yelp for a jeweler in Holly Springs when I noticed all of the very positive ratings this company had. Since it involved my favorite watch I thought I would make the drive and am so happy I did.

I've been married over 16 years and my bridal set has never fit me properly. Because my weight has always fluctuated, I was afraid if I had the rings made smaller there might come a time when they wouldn't fit me at all. I wore them with a bandaid holding them together - classy look, right? In December, I decided I would finally take the rings in to be fitted properly and to have them joined because I wanted the stones to line up. I brought them to Johnson's after reading reviews here on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. The woman who helped me was very patient as we tried to find the perfect size, not too tight and not too loose. She also didn't mock my bandaid! Since it was December 13, I wasn't expecting the rings to be ready before Christmas. They had them done by December 20! The rings fit perfectly and look beautiful. The customer service was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the work.
