They stick you in a higher price car to make you overpay when you insurance is supposed to be covering the cost.. So if your insurance covers $40 A-day they'll charge you $48.... And then at the end you're stuck paying the extra eight dollars a day which adds up after 2 weeks or a month. In other words they tell you it's a certain amount a day but don't tell you that that the taxes that accumulate you're responsible for. They just assume people know about renting cars. Other than that they're friendly and fast.

Sadly, they could not manage to inform us about canceling our reservation. When I arrived, they rudely told me, that there is no car for me here.Even more sad, the employees did not care at all and showed no effort to help us find a solution or even a way back home.This is not trustworthy at all!

Josh and his staff were amazing with dealing with several issues I had with the rental I had. All the issues were caused by the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, they understood the issues the vehicle caused during our vacation, and fixed the problem right away. Couldn’t ask for a better group of employees, whom excelled in customer service.Lastly, enterprise should fix their national roadside assistance program. I rather stay stranded on the side of the road then call the unorganized and rude employees that work for this program.

Josh and the team at this location are amazing. Last minute problems that popped up a couple days before the rental were handled with ease and you can tell they all really care about their customers. Exceeded expectations, highly recommend.

Horrible experience with a recent rental after a car accident. I had a scheduled pick up from my dealership, and no one ever answered the phone or showed up from the location. I received no email, or call regarding any changes. I had to walk over a mile, in 85 degrees, heels, with all my bags only to arrive to an empty lot with no cars. I missed a meeting for work, and was drenched in sweat. Upon arrival the employee was on a call (with an obvious colleague) and was flustered at my "not happy" response to how I was doing. They offered excuses and claimed they never received a call. Call logs are great and show my 5 calls, not to mention the one from my dealership. As part of a company who thrives on "we'll pick you up" is a joke. No apology, just an implication this was somehow my fault. I don't care what's going on internally, when it comes down to customer service be proactive. Short cars? Make calls and notify your customers. If this wasn't through my insurance, I'd definitely pick another car rental agency. Not to mention this is after I already rescheduled my reservation from the previous week due to lack of cars. What I don't understand is how you have a reservation at a specific location and they KNOW at 7:30 am when they get to work, they don't have cars to support their reservations, why not make calls/ emails to your customers to try and make alternate accommodations? As if getting into a car accident wasn't enough, dealing with all this for something that wasn't my fault is beyond frustrating.

Went to deal with my insurance claim and the process was a breeze...the customer service was awesome!!! Thank you Mackenzie and josh you guys were a huge help.
