The service is poor. The snacking bacon was cold and tasted old. Also ordered an egg bacon and cheese on a croissant but there was no egg in the sandwich.

Been coming here almost every morning for about a year now. Christmas morning a lady pulls up next to my car at the red light signaling me to roll my window down and let’s me know that “ I was the car behind you, the Dunkin lady told me to hit you with my car”. Like….

Horrible, worked here and never got reimbursed for my stuff that was stolen AND SO ON when confronted by the boss one random day he didn’t want to hear it I was told he owned all the businesses in CT. If you own all the businesses this would’ve been handled. Needs counseling Horrible morale if looking for a job please stray away from Hartford locations until issue is settled.

Staff is very rude and incompetent at times. when asked for a refund for a item they didn't have on stock manager gave me a issue for me to receive one.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dunkin donuts. One time I did not have the correct amount of money which I thought I did, and the worker actually pay for it themselves. This was above me on anything that I could have expected on this very cold morning. The coffee and a donut actually made my day as I had just completed filling out paperwork for new vehicle as I had been hit by a stolen vehicle and my vehicle no longer.
