Manny from the Pharmacy has the worst customer service and just terrible mannerism. Instead of trying to help customers that need their medications or give advice if he can not help, he likes to argue back with customers rather than helping solve the solution. Instead of simply letting us know we can call our Dr. to transfer the medication to another 24 hour pharmacy he decided to argue with me. Prescribed meds from the hospital after being discharged today. I got sent a link which I followed through with and it said “Delayed”. It became delayed for hours so I decided to call at 7:49pm. I spoke to Sing and she said “if you can make it in 5 minutes we can have it ready for you” SO THE MEDS WERE READY AND I WASN’T UPDATED ONLINE NOR DID I RECEIVE A TEXT like it said i would’ve. I live 5 mins away. I made it on time and when I walked in Manny stated his system was already closed down and there was nothing he could do to help us AND TO COME BACK IN THE MORNING. At the end of the argument he rudely said just contact your provider. I absolutely see why they have a 2.5 rating. Straight TRASH DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDS HERE SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!

Staff is very rude and there's always an issue getting meds. That sad because I always had high regards for this cvs on Washington Street.

Usually I do not have a problem and I have been going here for a few years now. A couple weeks ago I waited on the phone for about 30 minutes. Then today, The person who answered the phone just said hi with no introduction or saying CVS pharmacy, was completely rude, and hung up on me when I was in the middle of trying to ask a second question. I had a prescription sent into the pharmacy one week ago and it is still not there because they say it's on order. I've never had a prescription take over a week to get to be in stock at the pharmacy. A patient shouldn't have to wait over a week to get their medicine.

Their pharmacy is the worst !!! First they tell me 20 minutes, I get there and then they say 5 minutes. I waited 20 more minutes and check up and they literally just began making my prescription. I’ve never experienced this before, and not to mention I wasn’t the only one upset about their lack of time management, everyone that left their counter were annoyed and upset.

Noticed a white customer asked to use the restroom the staff obliged then I a black man asked to use the restroom they informed me no public restroom I pointed out the hippocracy they tried to make an excuse. So CVS effectively have a WHITES ONLY restroom policy.??

By far the worst pharmacy EVER!!! Always understaffed the close early due to staffing issues always close before 10 and being that it’s located next to a children’s and adult emergency room I shouldn’t get sent back to the hospital because my script can’t be completed due to no staff wow shut this location down

I had to go to the bathroom and one of the workers she said no, then my mom ask to a other worker and told her I had to go to the bathroom as an emergency and she allowed me to go to the bathroom, the other girl roll her eyes on us very disrespectful, then when my mom walked out she said thanks to the same girl who said no at the beginning my mother have good manners something that this worker has a lack, soon my mom told her thanks and good night that same girl roll her eyes on her. Why she disrespected us like that, supper rude all opposite from the other worker.
