Telisa was RUDE!! I'm here from Seattle. I was looking for a postcard and a UCONN t-shirt. I saw a blue shirt for $16, but I grabbed a gray one, which didn't have a price, i assumed they were the same price. It ends up being $25, so I decline to purchase the shirt. I just paid for my baby's toy. I used my card to pay for the purchase. The card machine asked if I wanted cash back, I wanted $40. I saw the little note after I had already selected it. MY BAD!!!! maybe they should've stuck the note on the TOP of the machine or in a BRIGHTER color.

My experience at this location is never very good. The shelves are always empty, and poorly stocked. The pharmacy is very slow, and makes excuses they're short of help. Maybe if you put the phone down and concentrate on the job. Stuff is locked away, good luck finding someone to unlock them for you. I went in for my flu shot, on a scheduled appointment, but I waited 30 minutes. They sat me next to a stranger, sitting less than 4 feet away. Both of us together behind a barrier wall. I was trying not to get covid or flu!

Deeply unprofessional and hostile pharmacy management. I feel it puts patients at real risk. They do not take accountability for errors—they issue threats if you point it out to their leadership. That's all I have ever seen, at any rate.
It's not lost on me that I see customers of color being treated especially poorly.
And be aware that both the drivethrough and phone are illusions. Neither is ever staffed; you will get ignored.

I only gave this place two stars because it’s the only CVS I know in Hartford so it’s convenient but within the same sentence, this CVS sucks. Everyone steals from this place and all the female workers have attitudes. Especially the pharmacy. People come in with pain and get treated like they shouldn’t be there. The drive thru is pointless because it’s NEVER open. I recently had an ER visit and it was hard for me to walk. I went thru the drive thru and sat there for 15 mins and no one came on the speaker to say it was closed nor did they have a closed sign up. SUPER INCONVENIENT because then I had to take an additional 10 mins or so just to get inside and once at the counter the lady had an attitude even tho she clearly saw me in pain. Y’all need to do better! Seriously.

Two stars is too much for this pharmacy!! They’re unprofessional, they disrespectful. They try to lie and say my doctor didn’t send my prescription and I put them on the phone with them and my doctor told them the exact time they sent it “they still didn’t get it” It’s an important medication they sent it right away I never have issues. They obviously don’t care about no one! they just told me to go to another pharmacy, basically they saying F your health I don’t care about your well being! They still going to get payed for doing nothing even if they are not working. I am going to report them.

Pharmacy says they open at 8 online but they do not open until 9 apparently. Waste of time & employees are very nasty with attitudes. They need to quit their job if they don’t want to work at cvs plain and simple. I understand the pay is not that good but they need to relax on the customers

I came in to get a shingles and Covid vaccine. The CVS was very busy but managed the crowd efficiently. I had time to ask the pharmacist a few questions about getting a Tdap shot and when to get the flu shot while he was administering the shots.

I'm a RN and have to call and clarify medication orders for the clinic in which I work next to this pharmacy location. Directly, I have to speak to pharmacist, and when I say, their rude, unprofessional, and have disgusting attitudes its an objective observation. Despite having difficult days and customers, there is NO room to be nasty as you occupy a professional role. If I was a customer, I would not trust to have this location of personnel billing my medical insurance or better yet, preparing my prescriptions. Unprofessionalism = Incompetence. For those who are customers or potential customers go somewhere else, NO one deserves this type of service. They need to close this location down.

They have the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a CVS. Rude aggressive they clearly don't want to do their job. They don't even check the system they just say they can't fill the prescription. Then I call my insurance and my insurance says it went through. I can pick up my medicine right in front of them.

Rude staff not all of them Michael a manager helped me out as soon as he heard my issue no I only go there when he is there second shift I have been lied too end ignored Michael is the only one there that I can actually talk too
