While Laurie did first assist willfully it was great how Peaches took lead and accomplished printing my needed documents and what she wasn't able to do she didn't hesitate to ask and still help me while wearing a great smile the whole time doing it. I appreciate both ladies help today at the Hartford downtown location earlier today, April 24th, 2024.”

“Went in to open up my business banking account with Key today. I am a new small business owner who is very much in the developmental stages of my business just trying to figure things out.(I know my fellow entrepreneurs can relate!) However, I thought I was prepared, but I didn't have certain items (such as having my EIN setup), along with some other things I overlooked in order to open up a account. I could have easily been told to come back when I had everything in place. But they went over and beyond, went online and helped me set it up then and there. Besides that, overall they were very welcoming, attentive and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or misinformed. Just as much as I appreciated their services. I also felt just as appreciated and respected as a client! I feel confident and content choosing Key for maintaining the financial aspect of my business. Thank you!!”

“What I can say about this branch is that everyone is friendly and welcoming. I even had one of the new account managers reach out by phone to me to ask if my needs had been met by one of the investment personnel at the branch. My hat is off to the fine folks at this location.However, I will warn any potential Chase guest/customer or current guest/customer that they ought to steer clear of this location's investment client customer representative (Stephen). He is an unfortunate hire. He was supposed to have been helpful, to have sent an email that would aid me in opening an investment account. Not only did he epic fail in that department, he made me feel as if my 401 roll-over wasn't worth his time because I am not a what you might call a wealthy client. Chase would do well to consider that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. Chase has officially lost my retirement account.”
