First and Last time we come to this store. Unfortunately it all started from the first time we step foot into the store we were rudely greeted and spoken to in a such a condescending way. The staff even add eye rolls and snickers and snares of sound effects. I honestly thought I was delusional but the professionalism was far there. Then to argue with us about the material of lighting we knew we knew wanted was another red flag. Keep in mind we spoke with the staff about how we had to start over because we had a house first in the past Sept and we are starting from scratch so we were hoping to find brands/style prior to the ones we had, but to snicker and say our company does carry that brand maybe Lowe’s or Home Depot stores like that might.. the tone of belittling… unreal. Not looking to bad shame this company but maybe staff need to be retrain in customer service areas or incentives for staff to enjoy their jobs.

Excellent lighting store with more than enough options! They also have decor and other home needs.I personally used them to do a restoration of a 50+ year old lamp. Price came out to much less than I expected and the lamp is now in perfect working order. Highly recommend for lamp restoration/repair.Employees are welcoming and kind. The store is pet friendly. Parking lot is a shared lot.

We have been customers of CLC for several years and they have always had a wide selection of lighting options for our home We.have had custom light fixtures made for our bathroom and most recently purchased a new ceiling fan and front entry way light. The staff is there to assist and is very knowledgeable but not pushy. Brian helped us withcou purchases and we could not be happier. We will be back soon as we have more lighting needs we need to have "fixed"

Staff was very informative and helpful. Beautiful display area with plenty of choices. Foud the perfect replacement ceiling fan and were given an additional 12% discount at checkout. I would definitely recommend Connecticut Lighting.
