Worst CarMax to ever go to, there cars always have issue , they don't maintenance there vehicles like they supposed to. I had a very bad experience with my first car I financed here.

Went in to test drive a car, very friendly staff, very efficient. Bought the car and had a wonderful experience from walking in the front door to driving away in a new (to me) car. Will buy from Carmax again.

Great place to get a car. A few weeks after I got it, the clutch went. But, they took it back and give me a loaner. I got my last car from them, and I'll probably be back in a few years when I need another ?????

I will say the process was awful and I was there for at least six hours. The in person sales associate in Hartford that I worked with ,Jacob Burton, was great! The online associate I worked with Karel was also very helpful. They both were very knowledgeable with helping me through the process. They need to have a better system for people who start the process online. I was under the impression that everything was going to be simple and all set. Next thing you know, I was there for the entire day into the evening. As frustrating as the process was, I was very happy to leave with my beautiful new car!

The Service Dept. isn't customer friendly. Not very helpful and doesn't conduct work in a timely manner. They lie to cover each other. We bought a car less then 2 weeks ago and already having trouble.
I won't say all the Svc employees but 2 in particular.

From start to finish first class experience!! Not your typical dealership experience.
They’re on the ball, their professional, their considerate, the results oriented, and they don’t waste time. My 68 years I never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership Jasmine and the staff there were awesome I asked to speak to the head manager he came over right away to speak to me, none of the hoopla you get at the standard dealerships. Highly recommend them.
