My transmission was shifting hard and overheating .. I brought it in and they scanned the code and it came back as "Death code". Time to rebuild the transmission..i was expecting about $8000 as it is a Chevy 3500 dump truck..However they Quoted $5500 .expensive but better to pay for quality than go find cheap price and get bad quality..they had it done in a week, rebuilt it, flushed all the lines, while it was there they repaired a rear main engine seal that was leaking and fixed a leaky fuel line.. I expected to pay for the extra work but they said no it was included...i highly recommend them..my truck now runs great, no check engine light, no stress anymore...life is good when you deal with reputable people ..

I found Capitol Transmission & Auto Care through recommendation from a friend at work! I was so sad when I found out my Transmission went out on the day of my Birthday ?(do emojis show? It’s the crying one)! Paul from Capitol Transmission checked my 2019 Nissan Sentra SR throughly! He ensured me the possibilities of what it could have been. He was informative and helpful throughout my whole process. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of and felt comfortable my car was in good hands. All in all my transmission needed to be replaced and I am thankful for the support!

They did an excellent job on my 2008 Dodge Dakota. The bolts were rusty/seized but they took care of it when other shops would not.
