I find it really unprofessional that when I call during normal business days and business hours you can’t talk to anyone over the phone immediately. If you want to make or reschedule an appointment, you have to leave a voicemail nowadays most doctors offices when you call in you can speak to someone right away but at this location you don’t even get to speak to someone on the phone you only get the option to leave a voicemail how professional. If it wasn’t because my daughters doctor is such a great and amazing doctor. I wouldn’t be coming here. The only thing good that this place has is Dr. alerte

This is the worst pediatric establishment I’ve ever come across. The culture is disorganized, slow, and lazy. Not to mention, the waiting room was absolutely filthy. The children’s play area was full of dirt, gunk, dust, you name it. Everything was broken and looked like it belonged in the garbaget. The floors were disgusting too. To make matters worse, I spent an hour in the waiting room with an infant and toddler on the day of my children’s new patient appointment. The checking in process was a hassle as well. By the time we were called to see the doctor I was ready to walk out of the health center. Once called, the experience was unremarkable . The doctor made no effort to get to know my children. From start to finish the experiencett took a little over two hours and the actual examination of my children was rushed. When it was time to leave I was so relieved. The icing on the cake is that after this appointment, I immediately reached out to CT children’s to transfer my kids medical records from Burgdorf there, but unsurprisingly, I can’t get ahold of anyone at Burgdorf medical records department or the front desk.

Very great doctors and nurses for the pediatric part but the receptionist is very rude doesn’t help very much over the phone like they don’t like their job

Love my pediatrician. The receptionists however are very rude, nasty attitudes, quick to hang up before helping. Lack of professionalism over the phone.

In person staff is friendly but phone staff is always putting you on hold every time I call !

Great facility and staff are very nice. All professional, these places deserve better ratings then this. It's a hustle place but they try to do their best of work here
