Great customer service! Rep Sy was so patient & kind helping me to transfer back to Boost. Sy definitely deserves a promotion to Asst. Manager, he really did an outstanding job & I am very grateful!

Went for new phone. The manager was training an new employee. Several customers came in right after me. So, she was busy. They did not have the model I wanted so they requested it from another store. Wifi was not working when I purchased phone so manager told me she would call as soon as up and running to keep me from having to stick around another hour or so. Though I never received the call, my phone was up and running in less time than quoted. All in all a fairly painless transaction.
