“AAA dispatch willfully neglected my towing request for 12 hours, and I called Friendly. In 15 minutes, Miguel showed up with his truck and delivered my vehicle to my auto shop. Miguel patiently interacted with the office manager and parallel parked my oversized SUV in a narrow driveway with mind blowing dexterity. When I realized that my car key had fallen out of my pants pocket and was back at my house, Miguel drove me back and then personally delivered the key back to the shop. He said my house was on his way, which was partially true. His patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, however, went well above and beyond even high expectations. “My car had been hit requiring body repairs and a rental car - Angelo went above and beyond in not only getting estimates on time, but also with coordinating with the other party’s insurance adjuster and even dropped me off at the rental car company. “My BMW got hit the day before Christmas Eve and I went to get a quote from a body shop closer to me and was given the runaround. So I thought of Ledyard Auto Body, called them up and was told to bring my car right on over. “Family decided to take our car here after a minor accident and from the moment of walking in, was treated with nothing but respect from all the staff. The young man behind the counter, the older gentleman (forgot their names) and the manager Mario. Was sat down immediately to get my paperwork started and it was a pleasant experience from there on out. Mario took detailed photos of my car, kept me constantly in the loop with part orders, a part being on back order, when to expect my car and answered all my questions with a positive attitude. The paint was an exact match to the rest of the car. Even though I came close to closing time to pickup my car, I didn't feel like I was rushed or a burden to them when taking a close up look at the repaired panels and my car was detailed inside and out. We took our Altima here about 8 years ago and just had our Mazda 3 repaired with them. The quality of repair, the level of customer service, and the clear communication every step of the way without any lies is why I will continue to be a customer during my unfortunate moments.”

Cassie was very friendly on the phone and said that the product was offered in several shades of the color I was looking for. Came down the next morning and used their color chart on my vehicle. Store is clean and easy to find what you need. Paint was ordered, and arrived within 72 hours at the store. Paid on pickup and grabbed some other items I needed for this old car. This store is geared primarily towards body shops but that makes it especially appealing to people like me who DIY and want top quality body shop supplies. “My brother in law was having literally the worst day after that only got worse because of the frigid weather and car trouble. We had to get a tow called for his car to bring it to the shop and Reno’s was recommended to us. One of the Sons of the family(yes this is a family business) ends up coming to assist. His name was Jaden, and he was a great assist. He not only helped us with our issue but also diagnosed some other stuff for us, gave some car advice and almost started to operate as a mechanic on wheels. It was truly appreciated. While the car battery was charging I invited Jaden into my Jeep to stay warm along with my brother in law, this is how comfortable I was with the service I was rendered. Truly an all around great business experience. Even though today sucked with the weather and car trouble, the Reno’s team made it better.
