This place is absolutely terrible and very expensive. I travel a lot for work so I have basically been to every Laundromat in Connecticut and I have a huge overstuffed comforter for my joints. Well I saw this place and figured I will give it a shot. Well my blanket is ruined the dryers run way too hot and it burnt my blanket on one side.

They don’t keep up maintenance for the place. All the machines have mold building in them. Most of the time most machines are ‘out of order’ and they never seem to be fixed. It’s disgusting inside and out. The only worth of this place was that the pricing was affordable until one month ago. They raised the pricing by $4-$5. I understand that it may be easier to go here but try to find another place smh

It’s sad what this laundromat has turned into. Been going here for about 2 years things went from okay to worse smh. For starters on multiple occasions I’ve seen cockroaches come out of cracks in the walls by machines. Also now they have a spotted lantern infestation all outside slowly creeping inside. The Lady employees are really nice that’s about the only good thing I do have to say about the place. Management surely is letting this place run into the grounds. I’d advise anyone to find another place to wash clothes before they end up bringing an infestation back to wherever.

The worst thing that can exist in a loundry is that most of the machines and dryers do not work, the bathroom is out of order, the soda machine does not work, the cleaning is poor, the employees are not so efficient, I will never return here.
