My volkswagen finally died and it was finally time for me to get my dream Legacy. What could have been a high-pressure ordeal was made a simple and friendly process by my sales rep Tyler and Lucas the manager. Not only was I able to get the car I wanted, but the whole process was expeditious and they even were able to fit me in earlier for delivery. Poor communication from management & Business Dept. They lack accountability for mishandling important documentation. Management dept. does not return calls or behave professionally. The Sales staff was very pleasant & helpful.

Update:
I wanted a different size car and traded my car in and got another one. Kiana did an awesome job. She showed me the different cars I was thinking about buying. We went over all the pros and cons of each. I was not pressured into buying any of them. She simply stated the facts and answered all my questions and gave me time to think about which one I wanted to go with. I also want to say that Pam from finance helped make the finance portion as seamless as possible again! Between Kiana and Pam it was a stress-free enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them and will definitely come back in the future.Hopefully, not too soon though! ;)
I would highly recommend this dealership. The process was easy and quick. Dominic was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Pam was awesome and made the finance portion of the process go as smooth as possible. I can be difficult to please, lol, but they both did an awesome job!
