I worked with Kayla Cabrera for our master bathroom remodel at our personal residence and also with my construction company's projects. Kayla is a delight to work with. Although the showroom speaks for itself what makes Bender’s stand out above the rest is their customer service. Leslie was a joy to work with. She was genuine, helpful and patient. Buffy in customer service was also a joy. I had a great experience and would recommend everyone who is doing a bathroom or kitchen remodel to shop here!

What a wonderful experience with BENDER plumbing, and particularly Christina. From the moment we met, Christina was knowledgeable and helpful. Her design advice and plumbing experience made us feel at ease from the beginning as we approached a major whole-house renovation project. She stayed ready and available throughout the one-year process, answering questions and accommodating us through our process. BENDER supplied all of the fixtures and supplies to outfit our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. A 5-star experience, I would highly recommend for any and all plumbing needs, bathrooms and kitchens. Hiring my designer Patricia McCarthy of O C Design Interiors was the best thing ever for me to do. In my real estate career I have to say I have been inside thousands of properties. I know what I like but I knew that if was to redesign my 60’s blue tile Primary bath, I would make mistakes that would throw off my budget big time. She told me to meet her at Bender in Hartford. We picked out EVERYTHING. Christina and Jenna guided us to the options we said we wanted from faucets, sinks, tile, grout, vanities, handles for the vanity, including the heated floor kit. I can’t believe what the two women at Bender stored in their brains for inventory on anything and everything. Christina sent me the quote with Patricia of course cc’d and we changed the vanity out. They want a 50% deposit and she had checked to make sure everything was in stock or 2 weeks out. They will deliver to my house and the contractor just has to show up with his plumber, electrician, tile guy, sheetrock ER and carpenter to put it all together. #nomistakes #august #cantwait

We are repeat customers at Benders plumbing in Hartford Ct. Our current home project is a bathroom remodel. The sales associate we dealt with was Eileen Kemp. She was instrumental in our kitchen remodel so we went back to her for our bathroom remodel. Eileen has been very helpful in our choices for both the kitchen sink and now for our bathroom sink. We are highly recommending Eileen to anyone that needs to purchase plumbing fixtures for your home. She is very knowledgeable in product and design. Benders has a wide variety of items to choose from. We are now a Benders fan and customer. And plan on contacting Eileen for any other plumbing projects we will do. She has been a great resource for design and product. Keep this place in mind for any plumbing projects you have on your list.

We are in the midst of a kitchen remodel and was in need of a new stainless steel sink. We were referred to Benders from a close friend and it was a great referral! We made an appointment with Eileen and she was wonderful. She educated us on the various types of sinks and grades of quality. She is a wealth of information and very easy to deal with without the high pressure sales pitch. We did up placing the sink purchase order with Eileen because of the quality product, fair price and great customer service. We would definitely come back to see Eileen for our next plumbing project!!
