This is a very poor branch. I went to open a checking account and the guy at front door was giving me appointment for a month later after having a chat for 15 minutes with the security. I never faced this situation earlier with other branches or banks. There is someone always to take care of walk ins.These guys do not worry about any customers sitting in lobby.

I do not come here often,only when I have to and now I see a reason why absolutely ridiculous. One teller 15 people in line two of the employees just sitting and chatting for the past 20 minutes I have been here. Do not come here unless you have to

Absolutely awful service, only bank in area that is open, they know this and yet they only have one teller so you will wait from 9am all the way till 9:30 -9:45 I won't be going here again, for of their staff sit and wait and watch

I hate this bank! So ghetto and dirty. Apart from that, its like most people that come here are ignorant qnd block up the road to use the atm because everyone is THAT lazy. I've seen a bad accident qnd everything. There's always a guard on site for what? Just to make sure you got your godam mask thats it, they don't help or do anything but walk around. Try having the guard monitor your godam parking lot how about that?

So sadly Bank of America has an ongoing scheme to charge people who receive rebate checks from, for instance Norton Shopping Guarantee, to charge Non customers 8 dollars to cash the check. Then the branch has the nerve to tell me there's NO "Manager" to over ride the fee for a check they wrote??♂️ Get your money out of here and NEVER go to this branch since the "Manager" doesn't seem to have to come to work!

I made an appointment for a notery public and was told by the greeter after she checked with the branch mgr that this branch no longer does notery public. I called Headquarters and was told that this branch does still do notery public. Poor, poor, poor service.
